| Have you met Bsb?? Wanna share your encounter? E-mail me and I'll put it on here. Thanks to Ashley! Let me tell you, never in my life had I thought this would happen to me...and I have to add in one more thing before I start....Kevin is the sweetest man on this earth! It all starts out Thursday night while me and my two buds (we're all 17) are driving down to Vancouver with my dad....we all get upset because we're not part of the "cool group" of people who have actually seen/met the BSB live in person...so we make a pact that when we're 60 we'll track them down and get their autograph's finally! So anyways....skip to Friday at 10:30am...we decide to walk over to GM Place just to get our surroundings down, and why not take our cameras as well right? So we do...and we get there...and there's about 15 other girls there..we meet the NICEST security guard EVER...his name was Chad. He gave us some info on the Boys and said they'd be coming for the fan conference at around 3pm....so we get all excited and decide to wait there just to get a glimpse if anything of them.... Well, fast-forwarding...there's about 25 of us...and we've been gated off to one side...and all of a sudden this white van pulls up, and I see this girl inside (we were at the very FRONT of the gate) and everyone goes crazy cuz we think there's a Boy inside...well, THERE IS! Out comes AJ with his gal and he smiles and hits all of our hands....ahh...can't wait for those pics! Well, by then there's a line up of buses around this one entrace, and it's all gated off....then one bus door opens, and out pops NICK! He looks HOT as HELL of course..and says hi and sticks out his tongue (dayum) and I got a pic of it too! Then we're still waiting and we see someone coming, but no one can tell who it is...someone disguised in a hat...then I look closer, and it's HOWIE! (My fave btw) I freak out, start taking pictures...and he goes inside...I wish he woulda stayed out, but hey, he was RIGHT IN FRONT of me! Then, this security guard whom we all thought looked exactly like Colby from Survivor comes out of the entrance and KEVIN is behind him and we all freak out again of course! Then Kev goes into his bus....and about 20 minutes later he comes out and goes to one side of the gates and signs EVERYONE'S autographs...then, he comes to our SIDE! He was right there, in front of me, I shook his hand, gave him a hug, and got a smile... I was so happy! I took SEVENTEEN pictures of Kevin only! He is such a sweetie! He stayed out there for like 30 minutes just making sure he got everyone...then when his bodyguard freaked on us..in his low southern drawl he was like, "Hey man, it's alright, calm down...we're fine here." I was just like, "I love you! Congratulations on your marriage!" It was like, the high-light of my life! This has been my dream forever! I never thought this would happen to ME! And, for your info, Brian never came out...we were all pretty upset about that..but hey, he made up for it at the concert! And Kevin did the sweetest thing at the concert as well...when he was going over the ramp he laid down on it, put his arm down...and while this little girl was getting on her dad's shoulders he reached for her hand and then they grabbed eachother's hands and the crowd just ROARED! It was awesome! This is like the best experience of my life..and I owe it all to them, and Kevin mostly, for taking the time out of his busy schedule to come say hi. That's pretty much all it takes to make the fans happy..... And, the concert KICKED MAJOR ARSE! It was so awesome! Hopefully I'll be seein' them again this summer! Our Boys RULE!! And oh yeah! Bob Carter came out as well, and some girl screamed out, "Your sperm produced Nick! I love you!" It was hilarious! Most of us just screamed, "Your son is hot!" |
