I got some of the information from: BackStreet.net YAY! The BackStreet Boys won: Artist of the Year, Album of the Year, Albums Artist of the year, and Albums Artist Duo/Group of the Year on The BillBoard Awards. As soon as I get a picture of the 1999 BillBard Awards I will put it up. :) I was at a friends house so I got to watch it! :) If you didn't get to see it, i'm soooo sorry!!
