| I am disabled, but first I am Brandon. I want to be able to be home with my family to do the things I love. No little kid should have to lose his first tooth without his parents to tell him it doesn't hurt (will the tooth fairy be able to find me?). I want to go home and ride my bike and play with my dog. My little cousin probably won't even remember me. I want to play with my Grandpa (he always let's me win). I also wish I could start kindergarten with my friends. I was gonna get to ride the bus this year. Grandma was gonna let me start Tai Kwon Do - maybe next year. I got a letter from the firefighters that I live by. Jim came to my house and showed me how to get out if there is a fire. Patty gives me hugs. I even got to go upstairs where the firefighters stay over night. I have a big fire truck painted on my bedroom wall. I just want to be like other kids. What is it gonna take? |
