While man struggles to make it into space the mysteries of the deep are left unknown. The ocean has been left relatively unresearched. There are however many expiditions
that are being funded. But maybe its too little too late.
I am one of those who believes that if we continue to destroy our planet we will suffer great consequences. As we destroy our environment we also destroy our oceans habitat. The worst thing I see so far is the increasing temperature of the ocean. We get a great percentage of food from the ocean. If the oceans temperature continues to increase the amount of food comming from our ocean will decrease. You may think that air quality is a measure of how were doing on pullution.
That is simply not the case. The ocean temperature is of great importance. Even an increase of a degree or two can be catastrophic. As the oceans temperature increases the amount of available bacteria will decrese disrupting the food chain. Smaller fish feed on smaller food and will have less and less to eat. The larger fish will also suffer because their will be less smaller fish to eat. The increase in ocean temperature will also cause more diseases
to the fish. Soon we will have no fish to eat ourselves.
What do you think should be done to stop global warming?
Many people believe that global warming is just a gimic.
Well I can tell you from my own studies that it is happening and at a faster rate than you may think.
I think we need to start programs to protect and clean up the environment. We also need to do extensive research on our ocean. The earth is mostly composed of oceans. Without water no life would exist on any planet.
