History: First power generation commenced in November 1986 and continued until final decommissioning in in October 1988. The unit supplied 2891000MWh to the system during that time. The total accumulated run time, including initial test runs is 16000 hours. Since decommissoning, the turbine has been immaculately maintained by the supplier. The operational bearings on the turbine unit were replaced by "storage/transport" bearings. The equipment is stored in a warm air warm atmosphere.
The price of this plant shall be provided on request exclusive any import duties which will be the buyers responsibility.The price includes delivery to port nearest buyers site and may include some installation, depending on buyers site condition/location.
Warranties are offered on equipment. The brand new price for this equipment was approximately US$95million.

100 MEGAWATT BARGE MOUNTED POWER PLANT
Two (2) 50MW Gas Turbine Generators. ABS Certified
Outputs at ISO Conditions. These units will be refurbished and ready to operate on either natural gas or fuel oil and installed on an ABS certified barge. Delivery can occur within approximately 180 days after receipt of funds as specified below.

The two Gas turbines will be set up to operate singularly or in parallel.
The generator output will be 10800 volts, 3-phase, 50Hz. The power will be transported to shore by overhead transmission lines at Generator voltage. A control room will be provided together with switchgear and circuit disconnects. The customer/buyer will be responsible for providing all fuel needs including delivery and storage of fuel. The customer will also be responsible for all Grid connections and transformation of power. We will provide as part of the Barge package, an emergency generator for lighting and Barge pumps. The turbines can be started with electric motors powered
From the emergency generator (diesel fuelled) or by pressurized air.

Cost will be adjusted accordingly if additional equipment is required by customer.The two (2) Gas Turbines can be adapted to oprate on Heavy Fuel (HFO) or Bunker:C" or #6 Fuel oil, providing proper oil treatment modules are utilzed. We will offer this equipment under separate contract.

1. ENGINE AND POWER TURBINE SECTION HAS BEEN COMPLETELY FACTORY REBUILT TO ZERO TIME AND WILL CARRY A ONE (1) YEAR FACTORY STANDARD G.E WARRANTY
2. GEAR BOX, GENERATOR SECTIONS HAVE A TOTAL OF 25,000 HOURS ON THEM AND WILL BE COMPLETELY REFURBISHED TO "AS NEW" CONDITION.
3. THE PROTECTION AND CONTROL SYSTEMS WILL BE REPLACED WITH CURRENT SOLID STATE SYSTEMS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS FOR A NEW INSTALLATION. THIS INCLUDES: VIBRATION SYSTEMS, GENERATOR PROTECTION, TURBINE START SYSTEMS, OPERATOR INTERFACE COMPONENTS AND POWER SYSTEMS, SYNCHRONIZATION SYSTEMS.
4. THE ENGINE AND POWER TURBINE SECTION WILL HAVE A ONE(1) YEAR WARRANTY IN ACCORDANCE WITH A STANDARD G.E WARRANTY AND THE REMAINDER OF THE MODULE WILL CARRY A ONE(1) WARRANTY BY RETA POWER AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH A STANDARD FACTORY WARRANTY FOR NEW EQUIPMENT OF THIS TYPE.

DIESEL ENGINE GENERATING STATION

This diesel generating station was completed and put into operation at the end of 1995. The station has 9 diesel engines type 9TM620 manufactured by STORK-WARSILA DIESEL CO. HOLLAND
Single unit capacity of 12.75 MW;
9 matching generators type HSG1600S14 Manufactured by ABB, FINLAND with a single unit capacity of 12.43 MW.
The 9 sets were installed into 3 relatively independent units.

The 110kV switchyard is equipped with 3 main transformers 121kV/11kV 47 MVA type STROD/BTROD CL-2 manufactured by TAKAOKA ELECTRIC CO LTD. JAPAN. The 110kV GIS was manufactured by NISSAN ELECTRIC CO. LTD.JAPAN
The automation level is high since the on-line computer monitoring system is also controlling the substation. The power generation units have been extremely reliable since placed into operation. The annual consumption of oil (180cst heavy fuel oil) is 183g/kwh. The annual consumption of lube oil is 1.6g/kwh. The total operating hours are 2000-2500hrs

7 MW WASTE TO ENERGY POWER PLANT 240 t per day, 50/60Hz

This plant was designed as mass burn combustor capable of combusting residential, commercial and light industrial wastes. The equipment is in excellent condition, a conclusion supported by the evaluation of an independently recognized third party engineer. Three other plants developed using the same technologies continue to prove the value of this technology.

KEY PLANT OPERATING SYSTEMS

7 MW ASEA BROWN BOVERIA VAX TURBINE AND TWO ZURN BOILERS. A summary of major plant components will be provided on request. The facility was constructed at the cost in excess of US$ 35 million. The facility was closed as a result of failed business decisions forcing the project into financial bankruptcy. The plant operatedfor less than 5000 hours. The facility was meticulously decommissioned to preserve the asset value and based on the expectations of the lender that it will resume operations. Included with the equipment are plans, specifications, as built drawings, operations manuals and detailed Air Impact Study conducted by the U.S Environmental Protection Agency which confirms the integrity of the design of the plant.
