Joe and Marty are the town bad boys, running up and down the streets on motorcycles, hooting and yelling obsenities at all the women. The problem is they couldn't pick up a woman with a block and tackle but, is rape beyond them? Only time will tell.
George is the town rich guy. He has a wife and one daughter. The daughter and wife are rather plain looking so George has him something on the side. His wife has the boy who works at the Drug store. So do half the girls in town.
Poor John He can't deliver his orders without falling into something. What will be the outcome of this mad passionate summer.
