"But why do i have to go too mom!!! bobby and his mom were fighting over why bobby had to go and sit at his younger sisters dance lessons. because, bobby, your too young to stay home alone and dady is out getting the groceries. his mom calmly stated. but do we have to stay the whole time! bobby yelled. yes we do. the children are going to show the parents their dance routine that they have been working on for the recital. besides, you can bring your gameboy in case you get bored.
the pricals family was a normal family with normal family problems. one child has to go somewhere and the other child doesnt want to go. its a typical problem. but, like all families, bobby agreed to go as long as he would get to pick the place they went for dinner (even though it was his turn to pick anyway). bobby was a tall 10 year old boy with red har and a short nose. he always wore caky pants or jeans and his hair was always spiked. his younger sister, cally, was a pretty little girl with long brown har, green eyes, and a cute little nose. she had dane class every saturday morning and bobby had soccer practice every thursday night. like i said before, the pricals family was a typical family. or at least they were until bobby found something out that would change their life forever.
when they arrived at callys dance lessons, it was almost time for cally to start. bobby sat down and looked around to see if there was anyone there he knew. he saw his best friend from school sitting on the bench across from him. hey nathan!! bobby yelled, hoping nathan could hear. nathan looked up. him and his mom came to greet bobby and mrs. prical. we were just about to leave! said mrs vardinci, nathans mom. can bobby come over, pleeeas! nathan begged. if its okay withbobbys mother, i dont have a problem! mrs. prical agreed to letting bobby go and play at nathans house for a couple of hours. thats how bobbys day started to turn itself around>. |
