The Hobbit

The Hobbit was the first book by Tolkien that I read. I suggest this book to any person that might be interested in Middle Earth, or just a good book. Its the prelude to LOTR and was written before it, when Tolkien had no idea he was going to write a sequel to it. Its a very good book, and easy reading for younger ages, a good book to begin the workings of a new Tolkien fan. Also, and perhaps more importantly, this book deals greatly in Dwarves! Yes there are a good deal of Dwarves in this story, and if you are any like me (A Dwarf) you will be interested in the book, if only just to read about Dwarves!
