Miss South Carolina USA: 11/11/00
Candace Richards of Fountain Inn was crowned Miss South Carolina USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant next year. The 1st runner up was Ashley Williams; 2nd runner up was Anna Hanks; 3rd runner up was Laura Leigh Hall; and the 4th runner up was Brooke Woodell. The remaning semi-finalists were: Jennifer Lynn Casey; Gena Daves; Amanda Kirkpatrick; Andrea Parrott; Heather Stewart; Misti Stukie; Danica Tisdale.

Sara Medley, 14, was crowned Miss South Carolina Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Shae Rodgers; 2nd runner up was Lindsay Smalls; 3rd runner up was Heather Stevens; and the 4th runner up was Nikki Flanigan. The remaining semi-finalists were Libby Robertson; Elizabet Graves; Danielle Broome; Amanda Williamson; Amanda Shealey; LeAnne Harrison; Rachel Kroes; and Madison Dickens.

Miss Colorado USA: 11/5/00
Katee Doland, 20, of Arvada was crowned Miss Colorado USA. She was Miss Colorado Teen USA 1998 and will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Erin MacGregor, 24, who was Miss Colorado America 1999; 2nd runner up was Amber Bon Durant, 18.

Miss Colorado Teen USA: 11/5/00
Krystal Spurr, 17, of Lafayette was crowned Miss Colorado Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Lindsey Dowling, 17; and the 2nd runner up was Annabel Day, 17.

Miss Indiana USA: 11/4/00
Sarah McClary who was Miss Indiana Teen USA 1995 was crowned Miss Indiana USA. She will represent her state at the 2001 Miss USA Pageant in Indiana. The 1st runner up was Jenny Workman; 2nd runner up was Lana Hauser; 2nd runner up was Kianga Kelly; and the 3rd runner up was Kristina Freelund. The remaining semi-finalists were: Carashae Davis; Tamika Rush who won the Congeniality Award; Calla Kribs; Amber Bunnell; Ellie Stringer; Nicolette Van Hook who won the Photogenic Award and was Miss Indiana Teen USA 1994; Sarah Ford; and Andrea Loughlin.

Miss Indiana Teen USA: 11/4/00
Jillian Dornbush, 18, was crowned Miss Indiana Teen USA. She also won the Photogenic Award and will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Meylssa Ramos and the 2nd runner up was Laurie Byers.

Miss Arkansas USA: 11/3/00
Jessie Davis was crowned Miss Arkansas USA. She also won the Photgenic Award and will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Aimee Delatte who was Miss Arkansas Teen USA 1996; 2nd runner up was Julie Meins; 3rd runner up was Trina Kyzer; and the 4th runner up was Roxie Watkins.

Miss Arkansas Teen USA: 11/3/00
Lauren Arnold was crowned Miss Arkansas Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Kattie Laster; 2nd runner up was Dagni Bowles; 3rd runner up was Rebekah Davis; and the 4th runner up was Jessica Furrer.

Reina Sudamericana 2000: 11/3/00
Ligia Fernanda Petit Vargas of Venezuela was crowned Reina Sudamericana 2000. She also won the Most Beautiful Hair award. The 1st runner up was Natalia Figueras Cabezas of Uruguay; 2nd runner up was Lissette Sierra of Chile; 3rd runner up was Claudia Andrea Arano Antelo of Bolivia.

Miss Nebraska USA: 10/28/00
Sujoin Drakeford, 23, was crowned Miss Nebraska USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Tiffani Gammond; 2nd runner up was Teresa Gilmore; 3rd runner up was Lori Anderson who was Miss Nebraska Teen USA 1998; and the 4th runner up was Nicole Wittrock.

Miss Nebraska Teen USA: 10/28/00
Heidi Lammli, 16, was crowned Miss Nebraska Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Michelle Mueller; 2nd runner up was Courtney Sells; 3rd runner up was Breanne Maples; and the 4th runner up was Lexi Rosenbah.

Miss Louisiana USA: 10/28/00
Heather Hayden was crowned Miss Louisiana USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Jennifer McLain; 2nd runner up was Christina Cuenca; 3rd runner up was Heather Dupree who was Miss Louisiana Teen USA 1993 and Miss Louisiana America 1998; and the 4th runner up was Elizabeth Nicholson.

Miss Louisiana Teen USA: 10/28/00
Paige Egan was crowned Miss Louisiana Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Anne Angelle; 2nd runner up was Brittney Rogers; 3rd runner up was Lydia McKnight; and the 4th runner up was Anna Gordon-Stuart.

Miss South Pacific: 10/26/00
Helen Afatasi Burke, 19, of American Samoa was crowned Miss South Pacific 2000 in American Samoa. She also won the tourism award, best talent and best float awards. The 1st runner up was Petra Suhren of Samoa who won the best traditional costume, best coconut creation, and best sash. The 2nd runner up was Veneta Moe'ai of Miss Samoa-Hawaii; 3rd runner up was Elaine Robin Ward of Samoa-New Zealand who won the Photogenic Award; and the 4th runner up was Jocelyn Keolalau Dalire of Hawaii.

Miss Scandinavia : 10/22/00
Jenni Dahlman of Finland was crowned Miss Scandinavia. The 1st runner up was Suvi Miinala who competed at the 2000 Miss Universe Pageant and also won the Photogenic and Popularity Awards; 2nd runner up was Elin Magnusdottir of Iceland.

Miss World United States: 10/19/00
Angelique Breaux, 22, of California was crowned Miss World United States. She was 2nd runner up at the 1999 Miss USA Pageant and will compete in the 2000 Miss World Pageant. The 1st runner up was Abigail Royce and the 2nd runner up was Danielle Martin. The remainign semi-finalists were Rachel Weller; Corinn Nomad; Janelle Bautista; Lyndsay Stone; Tiffany Hoven; Nina Kaczorowska; and Feilani Bennett.

Miss Virginia USA: 10/21/00
Kristel Jenkins, 23, was crowned Miss Virginia USA. She was Miss Virgnia Teen USA 1995 and will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Kimberly Yeager, 24.

Miss Virginia Teen USA: 10/22/00
Kathleen Lighthiser, 15, was crowned Miss Virginia Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Tara Higgerson, 16.

Miss Costa Rica: 10/21/00
Paola Calderon Hütt, 19, was crowned Miss Costa Rica. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Universe Pageant in May. The 1st runner up was Piarella Peralta, she will compete in the 2000 Miss World Pageant.

Miss Petitie Teen Venezuela: 10/17/00
Carla Batista, 14, of Caracas was crowned Miss Petitie Teen Venezuela. The runner ups were Pamela Dijalil; Jeanding Meneses who also won Miss Photogenic; & Arlys Cisneros.

Mister World 2000:
Uruguay won the title of Mister World 2000. The 1st runner up was Marcel Barkowski of Germany; and the 2nd runner up was USA.

Mister Intercontinental: 10/15/00
Edgar Rodriguez of Venezuela won the title of Mister Intercontinental. The 1st runner up was Johnatan Rojas of Puerto Rico; and the 2nd runner up was Ruben Chico of Spain.

Miss Tennessee USA: 10/10/00
Lisa Tollet was crowned Miss Tennessee USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. More info to come.

Jessica Myers was crowned Miss Tennessee Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant.

Miss America 2001: 10/14/00
Angela Perez Baraquio, 24, of Hawaii was crowned Miss America 2001 in Atlantic City. She won the Preliminary Swimsuit Competition and her platform is Character Education. The 1st runner up was Faith Jenkins, 23, of Louisiana who swept Preliminary competitions winning the Swimsuit and Talent Awards and also received the Quality of Life Award. The 2nd runner up was Rita Ng, 22, of California who won the Preliminary Talent Award. The 3rd runner up was Christy May, 23 of Mississippi who won the Preliminary Swimsuit Award. The 4th runner up was Whitney Boyles, 21, of Kentucky. The semi-finalists were: Jana S. Sanderson, 21, of Alabama; Che'vonne Burton, 18, of Michigan who was Miss Michigan Teen USA 1997; Jill Horner, 21, of New Jersey; Melissa Jeka, 23, of Pennsylvania; and Tara Watson, 22, of Texas. Tiffany Fallon, 26, was crownwd Miss Georgia USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Ginger Morris; 2nd runner up was Christene Perry, 25; 3rd runner up was Kelly Taylor, 20; and the 4th runner up was Farah Fallowfield, 22.

Miss Georgia Teen USA: 10/14/00
Brandy Drake, 17, was crowned Miss Georgia Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Clark Sarullo, 18; 2nd runner up was Kimberly Harlan, 16; 3rd runner up was Cassady Lance, 15; and the 4th runner up was Summer Haygood, 16.

Miss World Nationals:
Karine Meier will represent France; Yekaterina Izmail will represent Russia.

Miss Florida Teen USA: 10/7/00
Joanna Candelaria, 15, from Port Charlotte was crowned Miss Florida Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Falicia Demary; 2nd runner up was Mandy Lea Brus; 3rd runner up was Ashley Buchanan; and the 4th runner up was Brandy Merritt. The remaining semi-finalists were: Dacia Ohnmacht; Allison Jim; Ashley Warren; Tia Ashton; and Eva Markus. Mari Wilensky rcevived the Amity Award; Vanessa Diaz won the Photogenic Award.

Miss Wyoming USA: 10/7/00
Heather Nicole Jackelen, 18,of Laramie was crowned Miss Wyoming USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant. The 1st runner up was Jeannie Noel Crofts, 22; 2nd runner up was Crystal Jane Pickett, 19; and the 3rd runner up was Jolynn Renee Campbell, 20.

Miss Wyoming Teen USA: 10/7/00
Natalie Rose Koontz, 17, of Cody was crowned Miss Wyoming Teen USA. She also won the Congeniality Award and will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant.

Miss Nevada USA: 10/7/00
Gina Giacinto, 25, of Las Vegas was crowned Miss Nevada USA. She was Miss Nevada America 1999 and will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant in March. The 1st runner up was Elizabeth Muto; and the 2nd runner up was Shivonn Geeb, 20.

Miss Nevada Teen USA: 10/7/00
Tahnee Harrison, 17, of Boulder City was crowned Miss Nevada Teen USA. She will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant next August. The 1st runner up was Katherine Bigler, 16; and the 2nd runner up was Jennifer Call. The remaining finalists were Lindsay Tuls and Leslie Thompson.

Miss Oktoberfest: 10/5/00
Jenna Edwards of Mississippi was crowned Miss Okterfest 2000. The 1st runner up was Jennifer Glover of California who won the Talent award and is to compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant in March; 2nd runner up was Sandrine Mahler of Kitchener-Waterloo; 3rd runner up was Shandi Finnessey of Missouri; and the 4th runner up was Corbi Wells of Oklahoma. Sarah O'Hara of Idaho who was Miss Idaho Teen USA 1994 won the Congeniality Award.

Miss International: 10/4/00
Vivian Urdaneta, 21, of Venezuela was crowned Miss International 2000 in Japan. The 1st runner up was Tae-young Shon of Korea who also won the Photogenic Award; and the 2nd runner up was Svetlana Goreva of Russia. Thw semi-finalists were Hoelya Karanlik of Turkey; Gabrielle Rovira of Sweden; Ismahero Lahmar of Tunisia; Carolina Cruz of Colombia; Michaela Strahlova of Slovak Republic; Marketa Svobodna of Czech Republic; Letty Murray of Mexico; Angeliki Lakouras of Canada; Razumovska Yama of Ukraine; Kati Nirkko of Finland, Kanako Shibata of Japan; and Gayatri Joshi of India. Aruba won the Best Costume Award; and Germany won the Friendship Award.

Miss Honduras Universe: 10/1/00
Ester Eden. Ester, 17, of Ulila was crowned Miss Honduras Universe. She also won the best legs and photogenic awards and will compete in the 2001 Miss Universe Pageant in May. The 1st runner up was Olenka Fuschich who also won the Culture award. The 2nd runner up was Keyla Medina who also won the best figure and best hair awards.

Miss Singapore World: 10/1/00
Chen Zhongyi, 19, was crowned Miss Singapore World. She will compete in the 2000 Miss World Pageant in November. The 1st runner up was Chen Lirong; and the 2nd runner up was Xiao Liping.

Miss Germany World: 9/30/00
Natascha Berg, 20 was crowned Miss Germany World. She will compete in the 2000 Miss World Pageant in November. The 1st runner up was Stefanie Harris; and the 2nd runner up was Sabrina Rupp.

Miss Malaysia World: 9/30/00
Tan Su Wei, 24, was crowned Miss Malasia World. She also won the Hair Masters Miss Crowing Glory award and will compete in the 2000 Miss World Pageant in November. The 1st runner up was Shaleen Cheah, 17; and the 2nd runner up was Andrea Franklin Gomez, 22.

Manhunt International 2000: 9/30/00
Brett Wilson, 23, of Australia won the Manhunt International title in Singapore. He also won the Mr. Sex Appeal Award. The 1st runner up was David Zepeda of Mexico; 2nd runner up was Brandon Choo of Singapore who also won Mr. Friendship. 3rd runner up was Jose Madonia of Venezuela who also won Mr. Best in National Costume and Mr. Hunk. 4th runner up was Geraldino Nicolina of Curacao who also won Mr. Popularity. Nicola Heering of Denmark won Mr. Photogenic; Jimmy Hatzikirakos of Canada won Mr. Macho; Egir Orn Valgeirsson of Iceland won Mr. Fitness was Egir Orn Valgeirsson of Iceland. Marlon Atkinson of Jamaica won Mr. Goodwill. Daniel Grindrod won the Producer's Award.

Venus International Model Search: 9/29/00
Brittany Evans, representing Rodeo Knights of Phoenix, won the Venus International Model Search. The 1st runner up was Autumn Waterbury, representing Cahoots of Earth City, Missouri, who was Miss Illinois Teen USA 1997; 2nd runner up was Tania Lamanna, representing Crazy Horse Saloon in Jacksonville; 3rd runner up was Ramona Ramirez, representing Energy of Melbourne; and the 4th runner up was Annie Yang, representing ProCon Leisure Asia in Singapore.

Reina Mundail del Banano: 9/22/00
Meliana Canino, 21, of Puerto Rico was crowned Reina Mundail del Banano. The 1st runner up was Katia Carnargo of Brazil who also won the Photogenic Award; 2nd runner up was Lourdes Querolaof Ecuador; and the 3rd runner up was Ana Valentina of Vene.

Ms. United States: 9/23/00
Virginia Trost, 30, of Virginia was crowned Ms. United States. The 1st runner up was Brigitte Soudelier of Louisiana who also won the Physical Fitness/Swimsuit Awards. 2nd runner up was Sonia Rosado of California.

Miss Teen United States: 9/23/00
Laura Siler, 17, of Maryland was crowned Miss Teen United States. She also won the Physical Fitness/ Swimsuit Award. The 1st runner up was Tara Lynn Higgerson of Virginia; and the 2nd runner up was Christina Tucker of California who also won the Photogenic Award. Jeniffer Renee Card of New Jersey won the Pageantry Spirit Award; Paula Bordeau of Michigan won the Spirit Award; Brigitte Soudelier of Louisiana won the Good Luck and Best Costume Awards. The Photogenic award also went to Chelsea Zedar. Jeniffer Renee Card of New Jersey won the Best Costume Award. went to Miss New Jersey Teen, Jeniffer Renee Card and to Ms. Louisiana, Brigitte Soudelier. Tanelle Bothell of Delaware won the Community Service Award.

Idaho's Junior Miss: 9/30/00
Angie Busch was crowned Idaho's Junior Miss. She will compete in the 2001 America's Junior Miss Pageant next year. The 1st runner up was Carlene Chadwick and the 2nd runner up was Diana Moore.

All American Pageants: 9/30/00
Trisha Stephenson, 21, of Wisconsin was crowned All American Miss. The 1st runner up was Motise Jones-Baker of Illinois; 2nd runner up was Andra Ribeiro of Pennsylvania; 3rd runner up was Brenda Piccirillo of Florida; and the 4th runner up was Emanuela Marino of Massachusetts who also won the Photogenic Award. Kristen Weardon, 32, of Connecticut was crowned All America Ms. The 1st runner up was The first runner up was Vonda White of Washington; 2nd runner up was Diana Santoro of Florida; 3rd runner up was Cara Lisa Fareri of Texas; and 4th runner up was Tammy Townsend of Michigan. YongShin Kim of New Jersey won the Director's Award. Buddy Strong-Latman, 40, of Illinois was crowned All American Woman. The 1st runner up was Dee Henderson of Minnesota who also won the Photogenic Award; 2nd runner up was Barbara Frye of South Carolina; 3rd runner up was Debra Norman of Florida; and 4th runner up was Victoria Lynn Mallow of New York. Flora Ingalls of Texas won the Director's Award. Dolores Mark-Chambers, 37, of Hawaii was crowned All American Woman Plus. The 1st runner up was Frances Montgomery of California; 2nd runner up was Melissa Hooks of South Carolina; the 4th runner up was Anna Warrick of North Carolina who also won the Director's Award. Jennifer Fortin of Maine won the Photogenic Award. Shirley Walters, 51, of Arkansas was crowned All American. The 1st runner up was Debra Kennedy North Carolina; 2nd runner up was Cynthia Fraser who also won the Photogenic Award. Lauri Rottmayer of Illinois won the Director's Award.

Miss Missouri USA: 9/23/00/
Larissa Meek, 22, of St. Louis was crowned Miss Missouri USA. She won the Interview, Swimsuit and Evening Gown competitions. She was also Miss Missouri Teen USA 1997 and will compete in the 2001 Miss USA Pageant in March. The 1st runner up was Melana Scantlin who also won the Congeniality Award and the Mentoring Awards and was Miss Missouri Teen USA 1995; 2nd runner up was Shandi Finnessey who also won the Photogenic and Spirit Awards; 3rd runner up was Misti Moore; and the 4th runner up was Gwendolyn Howell. The remaining semi-finalists were Lindsay Douglas; Janis Edmon; Whitney Kinnard; Rebecca McGee; Leah Sexton who was Miss Missouri Teen USA 1996; Ruthie Tipton and Danielle Venable. Britney McDonald who was Miss Missouri Teen USA 1998 & Chelsey Ridge who was Miss Iowa Teen USA 1995 also competed for the title.

Miss Missouri Teen USA: 9/23/00
Marissa Whitley was crowned Miss Missouri Teen USA. She also won the Congeniality Award and will compete in the 2001 Miss Teen USA Pageant next year. The 1st runner up was Lindsay Orr who also won the Spirit Award; 2nd runner up was Jennifer Smith; 3rd runner up was Elizabeth Sexton (Sisiter of Leah Sexton) who also won the Photogenic Award; and the 4th runner up was Lacey Fitzgerald. The remaining semi-finalists were Josey Hedgepeth; Rachel Ward; Tara Phillips; Jaime Panus; Ashley Majors; Ashley Lenz; Amanda Cash; and Falon Bush.
