| Jonathon Davis Jon grew up in Bakersfield California. He went to a shitty High-School called Highland high. He worked in a coroner's office doing autopsies. Most of Jon's lyrics are about how fucked up it was growing up in Bakersfield. High school jocks were always making fun of him just for being different calling him a faget, a pussy, etc. Jon's first band was called Sex Art. That is where the song, "Blind" originated. Jon is usually a soft-spoken, easy-going kind of guy, but when he gets on stage thats a whole other story. Jon brings himself back to the place where he hates. It is a kind of psychotherapy for Jon, releasing all the built up anger over the years. "It gets me off seeing all these kids getting out all there emotions at our shows,"Jon says. Jon loves it when people jump on stage, except he keeps getting hit in the head with the microphone. Jon is not gay and does not have HIV, despite many people thinking that he is because of the HIV tatoo on his arm.Jon has a son, NathanHouseman Davis. |
