Description: Kimari is first seen at the beginning of one of the demo's two scenarios in an impressive fight with hero Tidus. This battle ends when both fighters realioze that they are on the same side; Kimari is described as Yuna's guardian. Kimari, a beastman, than joins the party as a traditional blue magician. Kimari's weapon has been confirmed to be a spear. As befitting a spear-wielding FF character, he'll have a Jump command; strangely, this command is located under Kimari's Blue Magic menu. Kimari also had some classic Blue Magic spells in the TGS demo, including Mighty Guard and White Wind.

Ryukku's name was initially thought to be "Zorrene" because that is the word for "sorry" in her language. Ryukku will later join the party as a playable character and is rumored to use a dagger and the "steal" command in battle.
