The Complete Idiot's Guide to Numerology...
While this book holds a wealth of information presented in a humerous and fun manner, it also contradicts itself on how to calculate important numbers. (see pp. 296-297 vs. the orange insert on figuring challenge numbers for one example) I found this very confusing. Perhaps a revised version is called for?

I saw Glynis on T.V about 6 months ago,and I bought her book. It completely changed my life! The book made it os easy to learn the science of numbers. I now understand myself better, and have made a career change as a result of it. I always wanted to be a singer, and when I found out that I was a 3 lifepath, it said I was a natural performer.The book inspired me to take the chance. I am now making money singing! Thanks to the book, I now understand my Husbands personality so much better. I used to take his quietness personally, but now that I know he is a 4 Lifepath, I Know that 4's are introspective, and that being quiet is their nature. Her book also helped me to name my Business and make sure it was compatible to my Personal Numerology. I also learned in the book that some numbers are "Toxic" to me, and that we do not see life the same way. This is a revised and improved version of Mr. Goldberg's previous book, which was excellent to begin with. If you are new to the enneagram, or have extensive knowledge of it, Mr. Goldberg's book is an excellent resource. Charts which give a quick & accurate overview; in-depth descriptions of each types work, decision making, and leadership styles; excellent distinctions on differentiating types which appear similar. Very practical and usefull, especially in the office setting. The new version clarifies concepts, and includes some of the more esoteric concepts of the types. Michael Goldberg's good command of many of the enneagram dynamics originally taught by Oscar Ichazo, and he has put them into practical use. I refer to this book often.

This book was my first introduction to numerology, and is remarkably clear, easy to follow and to understand. The editorial review covers the contents perfectly. The only reason I have selected 4 stars instead of five is because I found this to be a foundation book. Once you learn the techniques for determining your numbers, and how they impact your life, you will want to buy "Numerology and the Divine Triangle". This second book, by the same author, is more detailed and deeper, and can be used to indicate propitious dates for various actions. Both books are very useful in understanding both yourself and other people with whom you are involved. Numerology is just another way of perceiving the world. It's fun. Enjoy!
