Create a new you in one week. Here's how:
Day 1:
Morning
Eat a healthy breakfast such as a nutrious cereal, a banana, and OJ. Walk, run, or bike around your neighborhood.
Afternoon:
Eat healthy lunch. Climb your old abonded monkey bars. Go swimming, and do some laps. Eat a healthy snack.
Night:
Eat a good dinner. Do calf exercises on your stairs. Do crunches, stretches, push-ups, sit-ups, and wall sits.
Day 2:
Morning:
Go for a jog. Eat and shower. Try some new facial cream after you shower to make your skin healthy and clean; not oily or cracked.
Afternoon:
Go shopping for a new wardrobe at your local mall. Stock up on the latest fashions. Then head over to your local beauty parlor to get a mega makeover! Get a great haircut, some new makeup, and tips on how to stay beautiful year long.
