Jane & Josh

"So are you going out with Josh?" "Not yet Beth why do you ask?" "Cuz if you aren't I was wondering..." "Don't even think about it! How could you? Did you flirt with him?" "Well, um...ah...does kissing count?" "You what?" "Well, it was at Kate's party and she doesn't know you so you weren't invited." "Still you shouldn't have KISSED him!" "Well, we were playing 60 seconds, so it wasn't THAT long.." "Still, to kiss Him?" "I'm sorry." "I'm not going to make this where everyone's Just friends Beth. I had him first. Now that I think about it, he did ask me out." "Ohmygod see, I thought he hadn't so I thought it was Ok. I'm so sorry." "You thought it was ok? Even though you knew he was gonna ask me any minute?" "Well.....um....ah..." "What now?" "He's taking me to the Limp Bizkit concert..." "He said he was taking me.." "But that's not like Josh, he would never do that. Especially since his social status is at risk.." "Wait, did he tell you that he was taking you?" "No, Todd gave me a note." "Aha!" "Aha what?" "It was Todd." "Huh?" "You know he still doesn't understand why you wanna go out with Josh." "Good point." "I'll get him back at his own game, but I'll need your help.."

"Hey Todd." "Oh uh hey Jane." "Look um if your not doing anything Saturday.." "Oh, it's not going well with Josh?" "It is, just oh nevamind" "Ok, do you wanna go to the Limp Bizkit concert? I hear everyone's going." "Sure love to." "Great pick you up at 5:00?" "Sounds great see ya!"

"Did he fall for it?" "Big time!" "Great, I spoke to Josh and told him what happened. That way he won't think you're cheating on him." "Did he like the idea?" "Yeah" "So, is Chrissie really gonna come?" "Yup, she said it sounded fun. I didn't even have to pay her." "Whoa! I'm surprised! She hates Todd." "Not really, she won't stop talking about him." "Alright, then it'll work even better!"

"Hey Jane I'm here to pick you up.." "Oh hey, hold on one sec ok?" "Ok" "Here I come" "Wow you look great. Are you sure Josh is ok with this? Oh, yeah, he's going with Beth anyway, just as friends though." "Ok, I mean you look a little TO good." "Thanks, well let's go"

"Hey Jane" "Oh hey Chrissie." "You didn't tell me Chrissie was coming...." "I thought you wouldn't mind." "No not at all hahaha." "So Todd, you wanna ditch this thing and have some real action?" "But I said I'd take Jane.." "It's ok Todd. Really." "Are you sure, can I at least drop you of first?" "Ok"

"Remember Josh, act mad real mad. Here they come, get ready." "Ok" "Hey Josh" "Don't hey Josh me Todd, what are you doing here with Jane?" "Just dropping her off." "Sure, then why is she all pretty and everything if she's not going to be with anyone?" "Because Chrissie and I are.." "Yeah sure Todd, we all know you would have stayed if Chrissie hadn't shown up." "What's wrong Josh, I thought you said it would be ok for me to take her?" "I only said that so I could beat the **** out of you." "Oh really?" "Yes see I'm going out with Chrissie and Jane." "What?!?" cried both girls. "Sorry." "Fine, Beth you wanna take advantage of these front row tickets?" "Sure."

"Listen Jane I um.." "No ums" "Chrissie why didn't you tell me?" "Well, he hadn't asked me out so it was offical." "Still Josh, I had expected more from you." "Yeah Josh, two-timing me with my best-friend?" "What kind of creep do you think you are?" "Let's go Chrissie" "Yeah, it's to bad for Josh." "Wait let me..."

"Man I'm going to kill Todd." "Why Josh?" "Because he told Chrissie that I was interested in her and at the time I didn't know who told her. So she can over and we kissed" "See, he told me that Jane was going out with him." "I see." "But, later Beth told me she wasn't." "Aha." "So, it's just another thing to get Jane to dislike me." "Poor you." "Yeah, cuz now she really is going out with Todd." "Spread another rumor." "Can't" "Already tried" "Sorry man" "At least someone is."

"Chrissie please" "One minute" CHRISSIE phone for you. "Hello?" "It's Jane" "Hey wuz up?" "I found out why we were both seeing Josh." "Why?" Because didn't he tell you that Josh was interested in you?" "Yeah" "And he also told Josh that I was going out with him." "I get it. So, Josh thought it was ok." "Yeah." "But then why did he wanna beat him up?" "Because he knew that we weren't really going out when Beth told him I wasn't." "I see" "Yeah, just wanted to let you know." "Are you going to dump Todd?" "Already did." "Did you ask Josh out" "Yesterday." "Great. I think it's time Todd had a taste of his own medicine."
