| To order a survey, please contact us by e-mail, telephone, fax, at our mailing address at the bottom of this page or Fill Out a Survey Request Form Please include as much of the following information as possible: Your name, address, and phone numbers. A description and location of the property to be surveyed. The type of survey to be performed. The reason you wish the property surveyed (new constuction, refinance, boundary dispute, etc.) Any warranty deed or title policy information that you have available. Any time frame requirements for closings or litigation. Upon receiving a request, a review of the available information will be made and we will contact you to discuss your needs and our fees. |
