| Lot Surveys are retracements of residential lots in recorded subdivisions. All corners will be marked. If monuments from the original survey are not recovered, new monuments are placed and shown on the plat of survey. This type of survey is generally performed on vacant property prior to construction of improvements, to establish lines for fencing, or to mark the property lines prior to a sale. |
