| These surveys are normally conducted on property described by Metes and Bounds. Because many tracts of land have been described and conveyed without the benefit of a survey, the extensive research of adjoining deeds, original government surveys, highway plans and other sources of information may be required. All corners will be monumented, and a map of the survey prepared showing which monumnets were found and which were set. Depending upon the results of the survey, a new description of the property may be prepared. |
