| A-1 Fin tube Industries provide finned tubings for various applications. These includes number of Heat Transfer products including Heaters,Radiators,air cooled exchangers,etc. We can also offer small diameter tubes for the distilling process and larger diameter weld or finned pipes for havier industrial use. Through our affilited companies we can also offer extruded fins which can be applied to tube sizes ranging from 1 1/2" Diameter to 3/8" Diameter. Our industrial facility offers finned tubing from 5/8"OD to 2"OD with wide range of fin height. We can produce aluminium fins on any number of tubing alloy in either L foot wrap on,or an imbedded configuration. With such a wide range of finned products to offer we feel that we can supply all your finning requirements and would welcome your valuable inquiries. PRODUCTS: 1)"G" FIN High Conductivity fin tubes for high temperature applications upto 450C. "G"FINS have helical groove formed in the tube surface with an uplift of metal each side which, when peened back into the fin,produces a firm mechanical bond, 2)Extruded Fin Integral fin tube produced by rolling and extruding from a thick wall tube of aluminium,Cupronickel and Copper with 19FPI and 23FPI. Where Internal corrosion is requiried the tube is rolled down on an inner sleeve tube which provides excellent thermal conductivity between tubes. The sleeve can be arranged to protude at each end to facilitate fixing the headers. Maximum operating temperature 250C. 3)ROLLED LOW FIN Integral fin tube produced by form rolling from plain thick wall tubes.The rolling process forms a high strength fin with the plain ends remaining in the original condition suitable for expanding,welding,or brazing into the headers.For shell and tube applications the outside Diameter of the plain ends are larger than the over fins. |
