As well as this may be part of the plot of book one, it also tells you about Harry Potter. Harry Potter is a seven book series written by J.K. Rowling. The US publisher is Mary Grandpré (only illustrates the beginning of a chapter and the book cover), but there is only a cover illustrater for the US and Canada (as I've read the spanish version and seen the UK version). There are currently 4 books in all countries out to buy. J.K. Rowling announces that book four is the longest book in the series (she's finished now, as I've heard) with 734 pages. Book 5 should be on store shelves later this year.

WHO IS HARRY POTTER, THOUGH?
Harry Potter is a boy who lost his parents when he was a baby. He goes to live with his evil Aunt and Uncle (not to mention his Cousin also). One day he finds out he is a wizard and is excepted to the Hogwarts school of Wizardry and Witchcraft which is a boarding school. He meets new people and becomes friends with just about everyone except the Slytherins (See Houses). Though, his best friend is Ron Weasley and soon, as the school year ends, the brainy (sometimes bossy) Hermione (Her-moh-nee, not Her-mah-nee nor Her-mee-own [or as in book four's foreign Quidditch {See What's Quidditch Player says it Her-moh-nin-ny]). |
