Official Story
Sagat is known as the "Emperor of Muay Thai." The scar upon his chest serves as a reminder of his defeat... ...to Ryu and his Shoryuken! He fights for vengeance alone... But, he's begun to realize that the power of hatred is limited.
Background
The first Street Fighter tournament ended when Ryu split Sagat's chest open with his Shoryuken. Ever since, Sagat has vowed revenge. As with every other game, Sagat is here stalking after Ryu.
Stage (Street Fighter Alpha)
As ever, Sagat's stage is front a a giant reclining statue of Buddha. A shallow river of water with lily pads casts a pale green glow on the monument. |
