Queen Metallia
Queen Metallia (a.k.a. The Nega Force)is the ruler of the Dark Kingdom (a.k.a. The Nega Verse). Since she is basically what appears to be a giant bowl of blood, she gives orders through Queen Beryl, her second-in-command. Queen Metallia also seems to be the source of energy for every inhabitant of the Dark Kingdom. After Beryl was mortally wounded in a battle with Prince Endymion, Queen Metallia posessed her body so that she could fight Princess Serenity herself. Eventually though, Metallia was destroyed in this battle with the princess.

Queen Beryl
Queen Beryl was left to rule the Dark Kingdom under the direction of Queen Metallia. Beryl was a fierce and strict ruler who allowed little room for failure. Her direct underlings were the four generals Jadeite, Nephrite, Zoicite and Kunzite. Though Queen Beryl seemed like an emotionless creature, she did fall in love with Prince Endymion when she attacked the Moon Kingdom of the Silver Millenium. After everyone's reincarnation 1,000 years later, Queen Beryl eventually brainwashed the prince into the service of the Dark Kingdom however, he was won back by Sailor Moon. Ultimately, Queen Beryl was fatally struck by a rose thrown by Prince Endymion.

The Four Generals
The first of Queen Beryl's generals to appear was Jadeite. His mission was to gather energy from humans so that the Dark Kingdom could release Queen Metallia and conquer the world. Jadeite chose a different identity (and outlandish plan) everyday, in order to gather the energy of a large group of people at once. Despite the fact that Jadeite eventually learned the true identities of Sailor Moon, Sailor Mercury and Sailor Mars, his repeated failures convinced Queen Beryl to put him on ice permanently.

Nephrite (a.k.a. Nephlyte) was the second of Queen Beryl's generals. He inherited Jadeite's responsibity of gatering the energy of humans. Unlike his predecessor, though, Nephrite chose a single identity (but he still kept the outlandish plans). His identity on earth was as the suave millionaire Sanjouin Masato (a.k.a. Maxfield Stanton). Also, instead of gathering the energy of many humans, Nephrite gathered the energy of one human at their 'energy peak'. After many of his attempts to collect enough energy failed, Queen Beryl charged Nephrite with the mission of loctating the Ginzuishou (a.k.a. The Silver Crystal) which also had the power to release Queen Metallia. While trying o achieve this, Nephrite met and eventually fell in love with Usagi's friend Naru (a.k.a. Molly). He also discovered Sailor Moon's secret identity (she's really Usagi). Unfortunately, just as Neprite vowed to reform and aid Sailor Moon (under Naru's persuasion), he was killed by Zoicite's henchgirls.

Zoicite was the third of Queen Beryl's generals. He took over Neprite's mission after his unfortunate 'accident'. This general was a student of Kunzite (though their relationship seemed a little more than that ^_~), was especially vain and despised any personal injury. Zoicite was charged with the responsibilty of gathering the seven Nijizuishou (a.k.a. The Rainbow Crystals), which, when joined, would form the Ginzuishou (Silver Crystal). He had gathered about five of these crystals (Tuxedo Kamen had the other two). Zoicite eventually learned of Tuxedo Kamen's secret identity and struck a deal with him (after he and Usagi were taken hostage) for the last of the crystals. Despite the fact that Zoicite had learned the secret identity of Sailor Moon and had collected all of the Nijizuishou, Queen Beryl killed him because of his attempt on Tuxedo Kamen's life (whom Queen Beryal did not want harmed).
**Zoicite is probably the only character more screwed over in the dubbed version than Naru (that accent is vile). You see, though Zoicite was a man in the original show, his gender was completely fipped because of the romance between he and Kunzite.

Kunzite (a.k.a. Malachite) was the fourth and most powerful of Queen Beryl's generals. Kunzite's responsibility was to retrieve the Ginzuishou from the sailor senshi. Since he blamed Sailor Moon for Zoicite's death, Kunzite turned his mission into a personal vendetta against the senshi. After Tuxedo Kamen was captured and brainwashed to work for the Dark Kingdom, it was also Kunzite's job to train and look after him. Eventually, while fighting the senshi, Kunzite was killed by his own energy boomerang that had been deflected at him by Sailor Moon.

The Wiseman
Wiseman was the manipulative leader of the Dark Moon Family, who wanted only to conquer the future city of Crystal Tokyo. He used people for his purposes and disposed of them after their usefulness had run out. Wiseman corrupted and controlled each member of the Dark Moon's royalty at a young age. When they had grown up, he used them to back to the past and alter the future in his favor. Eventually, Wiseman betrayed each member of his 'family'. However, he was ultimately destroyed by Neo Queen Serenity.

The Dark Moon Family
The Dark Moon was the place where the people who refused to undergo Neo Queen Serenity's purification process were sent. These people, angered by their exile (characterized by a black, upside down crescent moon on their forehead) planned a takeover of the city Crystal Tokyo and revenge on Neo Queen Serenity. This is why Demando decided to ally his family with Wiseman.
Demando (or Prince Diamond) was the prince and head of the royalty of the Dark Moon. He was the older brother of Sapphir and the lover of Esmeraude. Despite his 'committment' to Esmeraude, Demando became obsessed with winning over Neo Queen Serenity. Demando trusted Wiseman to keep his family's best interest in mind. However, when he discovered that Wiseman had both Esmeraude and Sapphir killed he realized that his leader was wrong and he tried to stop their plans. Wiseman killed Demando in the final battle with Neo Queen Serenity.

Esmeraude (or Emerald) was the love interest of Prince Demando's. She was petty, jealous and vain-she also had this really insane laugh, but I digress...Esmeraude was sent to Earth to take Rubeus' place after he was, uh... dismissed by Wiseman. She used little crystal statues of herself to take over key pionts of Tokyo to win her family's battle in the future. Eventually Esmeraude and Sapphir realized that Wiseman had been using them and planned to warn Demando of this fact. Before they could do this, Wiseman offered Esmeraude a chance at power and winning Demando's heart. Her desire for Demando outweighed her distrust of Wiseman and so Esmeraude accepted. However, Wiseman's gift (as always) backfired and transformed her into a huge green dragon which was sent to attack the Sailor senshi. It was during this fight when Esmeraude was finally destroyed.

Sapphir (or Sapphire) was the younger brother of Demando. Sapphir basically went along with Wiseman because he believed in his brother. When he discovered that Wiseman was, in fact, using his family, Sapphir and Esmeraude planned to expose withered old creep to Demando. Of course, Wiseman discovered this and tried to kill Sapphir. He managed to escape to the past and find the Ayakashi Sisters where he was partially nursed back to health. He left to find Sailor Moon but was found and killed by Wiseman before he was able to do so.

Rubeus was the first of the Dark Moon Family to appear. He was sent to the past with the Ayakashi Sisters to try and saturate key points of Tokyo with negative energy so that Wiseman would be able to conquer the city in the future. Another mission was to find the 'rabbit' (that would be ChibiUsa) and capture her, as she was also a figure in the course of the battle. Rubeus was an arrogant and cold jerk. He used and manipulated his underlings and abandoned them when they failed. When Rubeus was trapped on this rapidly crashing spaceship, he waited for help to come, and Esmeraude did appear. However, since Rubeus had failed in his mission (for about the umpteenth time) Esmeraude had actually showed up to inform him that he was no longer needed. And so, Rubeus and his ship exploded and went bye-bye. (Yay, I never did like him ^_^).

The Dark Lady was ChibiUsa when she had been captured by Wiseman in the future. She had been separated from the Sailor senshi and was crying about how no one loved her when Wiseman found her. He hypnotized her and convinced her that no one but he actually cared for her. Wiseman then used his magic to accelerate ChibiUsa's age into that of an adult so that he could use her considerable power for his own ends. Dark Lady was sent to the past to terrorize the Sailor senshi. Eventually, during the fianl battle with Wiseman, Dark Lady was returned to normal by her mother Neo Queen Serenity.

The Ayakashi Sisters
The Ayakashi Sisters were a part of the Dark Moon Family and accompanied Rubeus to the past to aid him on his mission from Wiseman to capture Crystal points and the 'rabbit'. They were an extremely vain and fashion obsessed group of young ladies, but bascially good on the inside, and so they were all eventually reformed by Sailor Moon. After that they opened a shop and lead the good life on the straight and narrow from then on.
Petz (or Prisma) was the oldest of the Ayakashi Sisters and the counterpart of Sailor Jupiter; her weapon was dark lightning. Petz was probably the most dedicated to their mission and was the most likely to follow orders directly. Petz often bickered with her rival, Keraberas. After the other sisters had decided to join Sailormoon rather than fight her, Petz attacked them (along with the senshi) with a dark crystal scepter which multiplied her power and ego tenfold. However, when she was beaten by the senshi, she begged for Rubeus' help. He basically wrote her off as a failure and abandined her. After this, Petz decided to be purged of all her negative energy by Sailor Moon.

Keraberas (or Avery) was the second oldest of the sisters and was the counterpart of Sailor Venus; her weapon was this whip thingee. Keraberas was probably the most vain of the four sisters and usually didn't take their misiion very seriously. When Keraberas accompanied Petz on her assignment to get their sisters back, she was betrayed by her older sister and so saw the error of her ways. She and Petz were both purged of evil simultaneously by Sailor Moon.

Beruche (or Birdie) was the second youngest of the four sisters and was the counterpart of Sailor Mercury; her weapon was dark ice. Beruche was the intellectual of the group and disliked physical confrontations. She was probably closest to Cooan and so accepted an assignment so that she could possibly win her sister back from the senshi's side. During this mission, Beruche played a life or death game of chess with Sailor Mercury. When Beruche saw that her other two sisters were nothing but glory hogs who didn't really care about her, she decided to destroy herself. However, Cooan helped to convince Beruche that there was a better way of life with people who truly cared for her. And so, Beruche was rid of her negative energy by Sailor Moon.

Cooan (or Catsy) was the youngest of the Ayakashi sisters and the counterpart of Sailor Mars; her weapon was dark fire. Cooan was the first of the sisters to be sent out on her own to try and capture the rabbit. She encountered Sailor Mars at her temple on numerous occasions. During one mission (of course, it conveniently ended up at that same temple) Cooan was defeated by Sailor Mars. Rubeus appeared, and when Cooan asked for help, he turned his back on her. After realizing Rubeus did not love her (as she had believed) Cooan took the bomb she had been given and planned to destroy herself and the temple. When the rest of the senshi arrived to fight Cooan, Sailor Mars defended her and convinced Sailor Moon to rid the depressed villian of her negative energy, making her the first to be healed in such a way.

SailormoonS Villians: The Deathbusters

The Deathbusters
The Deathbusters were a group of evil entities from some dark dimension or another. Their ultimate goal was to collect the three talismans which, when joined together, formed 'The Holy Grail' which would release their leader, Pharoh 90, so that he could take over our dimension. To do this, these entities inhabited beings here on Earth and began their duties...
Mistress 9 was the member of the Deathbusters that inhabited the dead body of the young Hotaru Tomoe, who had died in an accident. After reviving Hotaru, Mistress 9 remained dormant, allowing her to lead a fairly normal life into her teens. At this time, it was discovered that Hotaru was one of the Sailor senshi (Saturn to be exact), knowing this, Mistress 9 controlled Hotaru's mind every time she transformed (thus making her the evil senshi for awhile). Later, Mistress 9 transformed Hotaru's body to a form of her choosing. Eventually, Mistress 9 managed to begin Pharoh 90's entrance to Earth, however the good of Hotaru's spirit destroyed her regained control of the body. This of course meant the end of the Deathbusters' plans.

Professor Tomoe is Hotaru's father. When she died in the accident in his lab, he made a deal with the Deathbusters; In exchange for the use of his and Hotaru's body, the Deathbusters gave the professor his daughter back. It was Professor Tomoe's responsibility to gather pure heart crystals (three of which were said to cantain the talismans needed to release Pharoh 90). He hatched plans and sent his various assistants out to do the actual gathering. Eventually, when Pharoh 90 was in the process of crossing over, Professor Tomoe regained control of his mind and body, ans was 'healed' when the Deathbusters were defeated.

Kaolinite was Professor Tomoe's first assistant. She went along with the Daemons that he had created to collect the pure heart crystals. It is also apparent that Kaolinite has feelings for Professor Tomoe. After a battle with the Sailor senshi, it seems that Kaolinite had been killed after she was pushed off a building by Sailor Uranus. However, Kaolinite reappears as Kaori, a sort of live-in housekeeper at Professor Tomoe's mansion. She often mistreated Hotaru, which eventually lead to her destruction when Hotaru was transformed into Mistress 9.

The Witches 5
The Witches 5 took over as Professor Tomoe's assistants after Kaolinite's 'death'. They were a viciously competitive group of women who were always trying to beat each other in their fight to win Professor Tomoe's good favor.
Eudial was the first of the Witches 5 to appear, she also lasted the longest. Eudial usually drove a van to specified sites where she delivered the professor's Daemons so that they could collect pure heart crystals. Eudial persued her quest for the heart crystals which contained the three talismans even after she started recieving death threats from the other witches. Eventually, Eudial succeeded in extracting two of the talismans (which happened to be inside Sailor Neptune and Uranus' heart crystals). However, she was defeated by the newly transformed Super Sailor Moon, but she did manage to escape that battle alive. It when she was driving away from the scene that she discovered that her brakes had been rigged by another witch, Mimete. Because of this, Eudial and her van were sent over a cliff to their destruction.

Mimete was the second of the Witches 5, and she didn't really last that long (a few episodes at most). Mimete mainly attacked famous people (she was a bit of an idol-chaser).Eventually, Mimete got the desire for more strength and used a machine that was supposed to do so. The catch was that while in this machine, if the plug was pulled, the wicth inside would be stuck there forever. And so, according to character, another witch, Tellu, disconnected Mimete and stepped up to be the professor's assistant.

Tellu was the third of the Witches 5, and proceded to die in one episode. Tellu greatly loved plants and used them in her one and only attack. However , another special thing about Tellu was that she was the first to be destroyed by the senshi, and not another witch.

Viluy was the fourth of the Witches 5 and also died in one episode. Her one time only attack method was the use of computers and electronics. Like Tellu, Viluy was destroyed by the senshi during their confrontation.

Cyprine & Ptilol are the last of the Witches 5. I know, technically these twins are two people which would make them the Witches 6, but because of their insanely identical nature, they are counted as one. Naturally, Cyprine and Ptilol worked together in attacks. They used satves that reflected the senshi's power back at them. Cute as they were, they were still destroyed by the Sailor senshi.
