| Minako(Mina) is a bright, athletic girl with a kind, warm personality. After moving to Tokyo from England, she lives with her mother and father, and attends Juuban High School. Much like Usagi, Minako is not the...er...best of students. Minako does not meet Usagi and her friends right away, because she first meets them as Sailor Venus. Sailor Venus is different from the other senshi, because of the fact that she has been a Sailor senshi longer than the rest. She actually started out as Sailor V in England, and became something of a celebrity(remember those video games Usagi was always playing?). Also, Sailor Venus was not 'discovered' by Luna, the black guardian cat, she had her own feline friend in Artemis, the white kitty. As Sailor Venus, Minako has the power of light and heat energy, and after her transformation into Super Sailor Venus, she gains more powerful attacks. (Super)Sailor Venus is the natural leader, and often helps Sailor Moon with her responsibilities. Other Identities Princess of Venus Minako, along with the rest of her friends, had royal position in the Moon Kingdom a millennia ago as the princess of her guardian planet. Princess Venus was also the senshi of Venus in the Moon Princess' personal guard. Sailor V Sailor V was Minako's crime-fighting name when she lived in England. This is the same Sailor V that became a celebrity and had video games, movies, and comic books based on her. Powers/Transformations *N.American names in parenthases-->"( )" Venus Power Make Up(Venus Power) With this magical phrase and her transformation stick, Minako can transform herself into the lovely Sailor Venus. Variations are: Venus Star Power Make Up (Venus Star Power) and... Venus Crystal Power Make Up(Super Sailor Venus). Crescent Beam(Venus Crescent Beam Samsh) Sailor Venus says this to call two crescents (made out of energy) together, and then to generate a huge beam of light that can be directed at any target she desires. Crescent Beam Shower(Venus Meteor Shower) In this attack, Sailor Venus creates charms(hearts, stars, etc...) out of light energy, which rain down on her enemies. Venus Love Me/Lovely Chain(Venus Love Chain Encircle) Okay, after you get past the name, this attack is pretty neat. When Venus uses the command, she calls forth a chain of hearts made out of energy, which can then be used against the bad guys. Venus Love and Beauty Shock Super Sailor Venus' attack starts with her planet symbol and a heart shape forming in her hand. After she blows a kiss hearts circle around her, then form into one big heart with blinds and destroys the target.
