ChibiUsa(Reeny) is a cute, bubbly, demanding little girl. She lives with Usagi and her family in Tokyo and attends Minato-ku Juuban Elementary School. ChibiUsa wants to grow up to be just like her mother--the Queen of the future city Crystal Tokyo. You see, ChibiUsa fell(literally) into Usagi's life from the future, on a mission to save her mother and her kingdom. However, it is soon dicovered that Usagi is ChibiUsa's mother; and eventually, with the help of Sailor Moon(a.k.a.Usagi) and the other Sailor Soldiers, the future is saved and ChibiUsa is sent home (for full story, go here). A little while later, ChibiUsa is sent to the past once agian, this time a little older, to recieve training as a Sailor Soldier from Sailor Moon. ChibiUsa can now make the transformation into Sailor ChibiMoon-the soldier of Earth's future Moon. As Sailor ChibiMoon, ChibiUsa has power over light and energy. After becoming Super Sailor ChibiMoon, ChibiUsa gains a more powerful attack. ChibiMoon also has a special relationship with Sailor Pluto, whom she calls 'Puu', and Sailor Saturn, the soldier closest to her in age.**In case you don't know, and are wondering what this 'Chibi' business is about, I'll tell you. 'Chibi' means small or little, so it's like Sailor'Little Moon', or 'Little Usa'. Oh yeah, Usa is just a shortened form of ChibiUsa's mother's name-Usagi.

Dark Lady
When the Dark Moon Family was trying to take over Crystal Tokyo, their leader, Wiseman, cast a spell on ChibiUsa. He convinced her that no one loved her, and also caused her to grow up rapidly so that he could use her powers as Dark Lady. Eventually the spell ws broken by ChibiUsa's parents(who assured her that she was loved), and the little darling was returned to normal...well, as normal as you can get with BIG pink pigtails....

Hmmm, this sounds familiar....Yes, not only do they have the same name, but ChibiUsa and Usagi both use this command to transform into their Sailor-selves.Also:

Luna P Magic(Kitty Magic)
ChibiUsa says this to transform the Luna P(Luna Ball)-a big ball shaped like Luna's head-into simple objects that she can use. This is not a talent she uses as a Sailor Senshi, it's just a magic thing she does as a lil' girl.

Pink Sugar Heart Attack
This attack just ooozes cuteness. Sailor ChibiMoon uses her heart shape-topped Moon rod that shoots pink, heart-shaped fireworks which usually distract or mildly stun an enemy.

Twinkle Yell
Super Sailor ChibiMoon's attack uses her Crystal Carillon(a heart shape with a bell on it) to call on Pegasus, ChibiUsa's winged horse friend. I don't know exactly what Pegasus does at this point, but I'm sure it gets rid of bad guys or something.
*Pegasus is the one who gave the Inner Sailor Soldiers(Sailor Mercury, Mars, Jupiter and Venus) the crystals that made them Super Sailor Soldiers.
