DBZ ATTACKS
12 Eyes: this attack is used by Tien to split himself up into 4 different parts. Each Tien created is not just an image like that created by the Zanzoken, but can fight and be attacked. The only problem is that each Tien is only 1/4 of the power and speed than if there was only one.
Who Can Use It: Tien, Cell (anime only)

Akumaitokosen: This is a special energy wave designed specifically for a quick kill of one's opponent. When the wave strikes its victim it causes the evil in his heart to expand making his heart explode. Of course the victim must have evil in his heart for the attack to work.
Who Can Use It: Akkuman

Bakuhatsuha: By raising to fingers, the user of this attack can create a large explosion that will totally decimate the surrounding area or the ground under an opponent.
Who Can Use It: Nappa, Vegeta

Bakurikimaha: Piccolo Daimoh's Ultimate Ki Attack, this is an extremely powerful Ki blast shot from 1 hand, the other gripping the shooter's wrist for support. The time Piccolo shot this one might possibly be the biggest Ki Blast fired in the 1st series.
Who Can Use: Piccolo Daimoh

Barrier: This is a purely defensive technique. It forms a Ki Shield around the body that protects the user from Ki or similar attacks. There are 2 forms of this technique. One is a spherical shield that surrounds the body, the other is more of a coating around the body.
Who Can Use It: Frieza, Android 17, Cell, Vegitto

Big Bang Attack: On eof the first attacks Vegeta developed as a Super Saiyan. The Big Bang attack is a huge Ki Bolt of tremendous destructive power. Vegeta holds one flat palm towards his enemy and launches the bolt. This is the attack that took out Android 19.
Who Can Use It: Vegeta

Blue's Psychic Ability: Blue Shogun, of the Red Ribbon Army, has the ability to completely paralyze his opponent with his eyes using his psychic ability. He can also use this power to manipulate nanimate objects to an extent.
Who Can Use It: Blue Shogun

Body Change: This attack is used by the leader of the Ginyu Force, Captain Ginyu. Ginyu spreads out his arms and screams "Change...Now!" and shoots and bolt of energy towards his opponent. If the blast hits his opponent then he will switch body's with him. Ginyu then gains the strength and speed of his opponent, but does not gain his special techniques or Ki. After changing bodies, Ginyu can still change bodies again. Ginyu will change bodies with the 1st person his energy blast hits, and thus if it hits someone else Ginyu will change bodies with that person instead.
Who Can Use It: Captain Ginyu

Bukujutsu: The ability to fly with one's Ki.
Who Can Use It: Anyone who fights in DBZ except for Yajirobe and Mr. Satan

Burning Attack: Future Trunks's trademark Ki Attack, this is powerful energy blast shot from both hands. Trunks holds both hands forward, does some strange arm moves, and then puts both arms forward, index fingers and thumbs touching. Then he realeses the blast.
Who can Use It: Future Trunks

Chao-zu's Chonoryoku: A very unique Technique, Chao-zu puts hands or a single hand forward and can manipulate the bodily movements of his opponent to an extent, providing his opponent is not to powerful. He can stop someone's movements or caus internal pain with this technique.
Who Can Use It: Chao-zu

Chobakuresumaha: This is Piccolo's Ultimate Ki Blast. He powers up the blast between the palms of his hands in front of his chest, then he realeses the blast. Very Powerful. This Blast is known as "Gekiretsukodan" in the Dragonball Z vodeo Games. Who Can Use It: Piccolo

Crasher Ball: Alot like the Genki Dama that Goku gave to Krillin. The Crasher Ball is a Ki Ball produced from the palm of the hand. I don't think one ever connected during the Dragonball Z series though, it was just used as a diversion.
Who Can Use It: Jeice

Daichiretsuzan: This is a very powerful attack created by Frieza. By extending his index and middle finger he creates an invisible cutting beam that goes a long way. It's name originates from the fact that it slices a huge cut in the Earthwhen he uses it.
Who Can Use It: Frieza

Death Ball: This is a small ball of energy that Frieza creates from either the tip of his finger or with both of his hands. While small, it is very powerful and can even even destroy an entire planet.
Who Can Use It: Frieza

Dodonpa: One of the major techniques of the Tsurusen-ryu, this is a blast shot from one finger which explodes on impact. The most basic Dodonpa is more powerful than the most basic Kamehameha, but the Kamehameha can become more powerful. After being defeated by Goku, Tao-Pai-Pai develops this technique into the Super Dodonpa. I don't think the attack was used anytime after the first series though.
Who Can Use It: Tao-Pai-Pai, Tsurusennin, Chao-zu, Tien

Double Tsuihikidan: This is a move that Krillin invented during the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai. He shoots a Kamehameha-like blast from each hand, then can guide the blast towards his opponent.
Who Can Use It: Krillin

Dynamite Kick: Mr. Satan's trademark attack. A charging kick. Being that it is one of Mr. Satan's attacks it is pretty much a useless attack. Gotenks once used the attack too (whether or not he was copying Mr. Satan is debatable) and it was likewise useless.
Who Can Use It: Mr. Satan, Gotenks

Energy Transformation: By shooting an energy field from his head appendage Fat Buu or Super Buu can change the form of his opponent into something else, normally a piece of candy or some other type of food. By saying "[Insert item Here] ni natchae!" (Fat Buu) or "[Insert item Here] ni nare!" (Super Buu) literally meaning "become a [Insert item Here]." This is withpout a doubt Buu's most common move.
Who Can Use It: Fat Buu, Super Buu

Energy Kyushu: The trademark technique of Androids #19 and #20. The Androids can absorb energy, either from people's bodies or from their Ki Blasts, through the holes in the palms of their hands. However, without their hands they cannot perform this technique.
Who Can Use It: Androids #19 and #20

Eraser Cannon: This is one of the most powerful techniques of Recoome, a member of the Ginyu Force. It is a powerful Ki Blast shot from the mouth and can destroy a very large radius from where it hits.
Who Can Use It: Recoome

Eye Beam: Not a particularly interesting technique, but it was used enough in the Dragonball to Dragonball Z series to be put up here. Basically it is a double Ki Blast shot from both eyes. While it is small it explodes on impact and can do a fair amount of damage. It can also be used to stop other Ki Blasts.
Who can Use It: Piccolo, Frieza, Android #19

Frieza Beam: This is Frieza's trademark attack. It is alot like Dodonpa being that it is shot from the finger, but it differs in that it does not explode on impact. Instead it is a piercing shot which continues right through its target and can also be used to slice.
Who Can Use It: Frieza

Fusion: This technique is used to fuse 2 people together giving the fused person a huge power boost. Anyone can do a fusion, but you have to have around the same powerlevel as whoever you fuse with, and you must know the correct pose and form. It is easy to make a mistake and fuse into something far weaker though. The fusion lasts for 30 minutes before the fused person becomes 2 people again. 15 Dai-Mae-Kaioshin has a special set of Potara (earrings) that will allow the person to fuse without a pose, and that lasts forever. Goku and Piccolo know how to do it without the Potara but they never actually did it.
Who Can Use It: Goku, Piccolo, Goten, Trunks

Fusenko: This is a move used by Krillin during the 22nd Tenkaichi-Budokai. Krillin draws in his breath while falling down, puffing himself up and slowing his fall. Can be used to gain a good defensive advantage.
Who can use: Krillin

Galactica Donut: This is a ki attack used by Gotenks used to trap enemies. It is a ring of ki energy that Gotenks can control to change size of the diameter of the donut. The Donut can be used to surround the enemy and trap him by holding his limbs with the donut. Super Saiya-jin 3 Gotenks can use an adaptation of this attack, the Renzoku Super Donuts.
Who can use: Gotenks

Galick-Ho Gun: The Galick-Ho Gun is Vegeta's answer to the Kamehameha. He powers up the blast like the Kamehameha, but when he releases the blast, his hands are both palm-forward.
Who can use: Vegeta

Gekitotsu Buu Buu Volleyball: A unique attack used once, by Gotenks and Piccolo. After trapping Buu in a ball with Renzoku Super Donuts, Gotenks and Piccolo beat the ball around a bit before spiking it really hard into the earth.
Who can use: Gotenks, Piccolo

Genkidama: One of Goku's most powerful techniques, the Genkidama is a large ball of energy gathered from nature, humans, etc., which lend him their energy. However, it takes time to gather a Genkidama, and has to stick his arms up in the air, during which time Goku is open to attack. Who can use: Goku

Gotenks's Ultra Kicks, Punches, Headbutts, etc.: These attacks are not particularly special, just punches and kicks that Gotenks made up names for on the spur of the moment. Their names are: Rolling Thunder Punch, Inoshishi (Wild Boar) Attack, Power Tackle, Great Kick Special, Magnum Sundae, Ultra Missile Parfait, and Hyper Plasma Shortcake. None of them are particularly useful, at least not in the fight in which they were used.
Who can use: Gotenks

Guruguru Gum: This technique is used by Giran in the 21st Tenkaichi-Budokai; he spits up a strange sticky substance at his opponent. The Gum then wraps around the victim, inhibiting his movement.
Who can use: Giran

Haikyuken: A technique used against Goku by Tien in the 22nd Tenkaichi-Budokai. Tien treats his opponent like a volleyball and hits him around volleyball style. (Note: See the episode with this technique if you get a chance. Tien's falsetto is a riot!)
Who can use: Tien

Hankokubikkurisho: This is a fairly strong ki attack used by Jacky Chun He shoots the blast forward using both hands and traps his victim ina shocking field of energy from which his opponent cannot escape (normally.) This techinque was only used in the 21st Tenkaichi-Budokai. Who can use: Master Roshi

Haretsu no Maho: This is the magic spell used by Babidi to make people explode. It only works on weak people though; on tougher fighters like the Z fighters it is ineffective.
Who can use: Babadi

Hasshuken: Inspired by Tien's Shiyoken, and Chapa-oo's move of the same name.
Who can use: Goku, Chapa-oo
