UNDERSTANDING MAGIC
There are 4 different types of Magic in the game. 1 pokemon can only use one type of Magic. Dependind on the wand you have, you'll either have black or white magic. Black attacks and causes damage. White heals and does other things useful to your party. Few pokemon can learn Blue Magic. Only about 10 pokemon can learn it. Learning Blue Magic is also unique. You have to lower the HP of an enemy, than eat them (much like catching them). You will usually learn a new magic attack, but not always. Dragon Magic is unique to Dragon types. Only they can learn it.

MMs
You learn new white and black magic either from level gain or from mm (magical machines). They'll help to learn new attacks. Dragons and Blue Magic users can't learn from mms. Unlike normal pokemon, Magics have a special meter called the MP meter that dictates how much magic they can use and what magic moves, until it is refilled.

WANDS
Magic pokemon can only some magic attacks based on what wand they have equipped. Remember that or you may be wondering why you can't learn a certain mm.
*Note:Magic attacks all from FF9. Thanks.

LURES
1.Cocktail- catches shrimp-type pokemon better
2.Silverfish Lure- catches shiny about 1 in 100
3.feather- catches flying/water pokemon well
4.wood plank- catches Magikarp

7.Tablets- catches algea feeders better
8.worm- catches the same as the cracker
9.stone lure- bad at catching pokemon
10.Scarlet Worm- catches pokemon better than the worm
11.Magnaworm- catches pokemon better than the s. worm
12.Gold Worm- catches pokemon better than the m.w.
13.Tin Worm- catches pokemon only over lv. 20
14.Stainless Worm- catches pokemon only over lv. 40

If your rod doesn’t have any lure it can only catch 1 of 60 different types of fish that can be sold, donated to the museum, put in a personal aquarium, given as gifts, or mount them on a wall. If you feed them to a pokemon, they’ll increase the pokemon’s stats (strength, defense, etc.). You can also use them as bait in pokemon traps, or while battling.

SPECIAL
ALIEN
Aliens are different than other pokemon. They know no normal attacks. Instead, they use weapons and artillery to fight. There’s about 30 different guns, lasers, and cannons you can arm your alien with. They also have a unique shield ability that makes inflicting heavy damage hard.

GEMS
Gems are special for summoners. They’re like mms, tms, and hms for summoners. You can use them only once. And when used the summoners can sommon the particular oracle.

SUMMONS
Summons use up magic from the MP meter. So use wisely or you could end up dry until you refill it.

MUTANTS
1 in 1000 wild pokemon will be mutants. They may have an extra limb or something else weird. Their attacks is usually much greater than usual. So if you find one it may be a good idea to catch it.

HOLIDAYS
On Holidays, there will always be special events. Be sure to check them out.

DAY & NIGHT
Some pokemon like to come out at night. Some pokemon prefer the day. You can only catch certain pokemon during these day periods, so don’t waste time.

WEATHER
The weather will be different every day so make sure to check your Pokegear.

COUNTERING
About 1 in 10 NORMAL attacks can be countered. After they attack, you can send it back at them and still get your regular turn. Only fighting types can counter.

DEFENSE & OFFENSE STANCE
When first sent out, all pokemon are in offense stance. During offense stance you can attack but can be attacked also. But in battle, it is also capable of switching to defense stance, which, while in, you can’t be attack or be attacked. You can decide on the menu whether you want to send a pokemon out in defense or offense stance. This makes strategic possibilities. Remember you can always switch between offense and defense at will on your turn during battle.
SUPER OFFENSE STANCE
Only fighting type pokemon can use super offense stance. Super offence stance lets you do twice as much damage, but your defense is twice as less weak. It is equipped and unequipped exactly like the other stances.

DIMENSION TWISTER
There is only one pokemon in the game that is a dimension twister. Dimension twisters can twist the dimension and make weaker pokemon stronger and stronger pokemon weaker. The one dimension twister is very rare and his is Mewfive.

APPEARANCE
Every 20 levels your pokemon, without evolving, appearance will change to a cooler appearance.

EVO-EVOLUTION
Some pokemon are weird in a way that they will evolve during battle several times determined on how well they do. They usually have about 5 evolutions!!! After the battle, however, the pokemon will turn back to its first form even if its on form 5.

TIME STRATEGY CARDS
Using Power-up cards on pokemon is not automatic. Each pokemon can carry three cards at a time. When you to decide to use it at that time you select the card on the pokemon and that takes up the attack or move on the play. Only one card can be used at once but all three can be used at one time.

BUTTERFLY CATCHING MINI-GAME
You can buy a butterfly net and in various locations you can see butterflies floating around. Using the net, you can catch them. Go to Mr. Budbug’s house and sell them to him. The prettier the butterfly, them more money you can receive.

Lv. UP VARIATIONS
Once a pokemon gains enough hit points to gain a level you can decide where you want the hit points to go. Choose out of all the types of the classes to show where you want them to be at. For example, if you put it in flying type area then you will learn mor flying moves. If you want bigger attack than defense, load them there.

GYROIDS
You can use gyroids in battle either by surrounding a pokemon with them and using them and using them as shield or using them to power up the pokemon. And you can, of course, decorate your house, or homes, or secret bases.

MODELS
Bring a pokemon into the model shop and the man will model it. After you bring in a certain amount of pokemon or a really rare pokemon, you’ll get money or special prizes.

THE ZOO
You can donate unwanted pokemon to a zoo. Up to 20 every week. You’ll get money for pokemon (the rarer the pokemon the more money).

THE DAYCARE CENTER
You can have up to 10 pokemon here at one time. How many steps you walk affects the growth of the pokemon there. You have to pay a fee (how many levels gained) when you take them out again. The more pokemon the slower the progress.

CARDS
You can use cards to boost pokemon. Each card has a defferent effect and there's only one of each card in the game. You can only put one card on a pokemon at a time, but eventually, you'll be able to have up to three on 1 pokemon. They only last 3 turns on average and can only be used once per match. I don't know, but say what would be cool to you here on this brand new form.
