Angels Among Us
A tribute to our sweet and ethereal friends.
The angels keep their ancient places;
Turn but a stone, and start a wing!
'tis ye, 'tis your estranged faces,
That miss the many-slendored thing.
Francis Thompson
"The Kingdom of God"
Twice or thrice had I loved thee,
Before I knew thy face or name.
So in a voice, so in a shapeless flame,
Angels affect us oft, and worshipped be.
John Donne
"Air and Angels"

there are four angels at my head,
Matthew, Mark, Luke and John,
Bless the bed that I sleep on.
