| THE COMPANY... |
Q: How long have you been in the business as a home inspection company?
A: Since 1993 Allied Professional Inspections has been in the the business as a home inspection company.
Q: Are you involved with or have an interest in any related services such as home repair or remodeling?
A: We are not associated with any contractors, lawyers, repair firms or real estate sales people.
Q: Do you have professional liability insurance?
A: Yes we carry full coverage professional liability insurance.
Q: Do you encourage the client to attend the inspection?
A: We prefer all clients to attend the inspection. Clients that attend have a better understanding of the property as viewed by the inspector and are better able to read and interpret the final report. The clients attendance also helps him/her understand the scope of a home inspection as well as the limitations.
Q; How soon can you typically schedule an inspection?
A. An inspection can usually be scheduled within one or two days.
Q: How long will the inspection take?
A: A typical inspection of a 2400 square foot home will take anywhere from three to four hours depending on the age and condition of the home. |

A: Yes. Our inspector specializes in residential inspections, with more than 7,000 inspections performed.

Member of NAHI (National Association of Home Inspectors).Member of The Nastional Association of Home Inspectors, ( NAHI certified) (CRI). Certified Real Estate Insoector.

A: Gene Dees, chief inspector has over 30 years experience in the building industry as a builder/contractor, a graduate of The School of Home Inspection and a retired inspector of HUD homes. |

Q: How much will the inspection cost?
A: A full inspection of a 2000 square foot home is $225.00, A full inspection of a 2800 square foot home is $275.00, , A re-inspection fee varies from $75.00 to $100.00.
Q: What will the inspection report include?
A: A full inspection covers the site/grounds, exterior, structural components, foundation, crawl space, basement, attic, insulation, ventilation, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, garage, kitchen, bathrooms and interior.
Q: Will you prepare a written report?
A: Yes we will prepare a written on-site report. The report generally runs 14 to 18 pages.
Q: Is the report hand written or computer generated?
A: The report is computer generated on-site.
Q; How soon is the report available?
A: The report is available at the conclusion of the inspection. A full easy to read and understand report describing the components of the house, the problem areas and recomendations.
Q: Does the report conform to NAHI standards?
A: Allied Professional Inspections Inc. performs inspections in accordance with the standards and practices of The National Association of Home Inspectors (NAHII). A copy of the NAHI Standards and Practice will be furnished with each inspection. |
