In the Data folder, which is located in the game folder, there is a file NYC.GCI. Make a backup copy of this file before editing anything, then open it up with any text editor. In the file are stats and more for all the cars in the game.

Level skip:
Have Lara face exactly north. Enter the inventory screen and look
at the compass. If it is not transparent, try positioning her again.
Go to "Load Game", hold H + E + L + P, then release those keys.
Close the inventory screen to advance to the next level.
Unlimited
items:
Have Lara face exactly north. Enter the inventory screen and look
at the compass. If it is not transparent, try positioning her again.
Go to the small medipak, hold G + U + N + S, then release those
keys.
All weapons:
Enable the "Unlimited items" code. Close the inventory screen. Enter
the inventory screen again. Go to the large medipak, hold W + E
+ A + P + O + N + S, then release those keys.
Hint - Easy
way to face exactly north:
Find any block that faces north. Climb up or jump to it. Go to the
inventory screen and your compass should be transparent to confirm
she is facing exactly north.
Gold Skulls
in the Training Level
1. The first skull is at the beginning toward the left.
2. The second skull found is in the shallow water below the very
first jump you are instructed to do.
3. The third is below the running jump section of training.
4. The fourth one found is in the water of your swim training session.
5. The fifth one found is at the crawl space where you obtain the
pack.

Press
F9 while playing. The images will be saved in the Sonic &
Knuckles directory.
How to get all the emeralds in Stage 1
Follow these steps to get all emeralds in stage one:
1) Use the level select and sound test cheat to get the level
select screen.
2) Go to the special stage and play until you get the emerald.
3) Repeat the process until you have all emeralds (7).
4) Re-enter the level select cheat in the same game and go
to any level and you'll still have the emeralds!
Sound test and level select
To start, choose "Sonic & Knuckles" then choose any character
and go to Angel Island. Play until you find a swinging vine.
Jump and hang on, then press Left, Left, Left, Right, Right,
Right, Up, Up, Up. You'll hear a ring sound if it worked.
Next, click on the FILE menu and restart the game. When it
restarts and you see the title screen, press DOWN twice until
SOUND TEST appears.
How to turn into Super Sonic
If you are having trouble turning into Super Sonic, Tails,
or Knuckles all you have to do is collect 50 rings or one
bonus and press the jump button twice quickly. This only works
after you have the seven emeralds. Note: Super Sonic is very
hyper and sometimes uncontrolable.
