Episode 1 - In the Beginning
11 year old Genki wins the Monster Rancher championship. As his prize he receives the game on CD-Rom. As soon as he starts to play his new game, he is suddenly sucked into the world of the game!

Episode 2 - I Am Mocchi
At the start of their new journey, the friends set out to overthrow Master Moo, but they soon find themselves up against Master Moo's evil soldiers.

Episode 3 - Guardian of the Disks
Genki and his friends meet a huge stone monster, Golem, who is the guardian of the lost (dead) monsters grave.

Episode 4 - Eternal Worm
Genki and the others battle three evil sisters, and find themselves in possession of a mysterious stone, until a young boy steals it from them.

Episode 5 - Tiger of the Wind
A stray monster bandit, steals the pendant stone from Genki. But the friends soon find out the Tiger isn't what they think.

Episode 6 - Hare's Trick
Genki and his friends have run out of money, and enter a monster battle to try to win the prize money.

Episode 7 - The Courageous Seven
Genki and friends discover a beautiful city, beautiful until the Evil Haras floods the city in an attempt to destroy Genki.

Episode 8 - After the Rain
Holly shares the story of how she met Suezo, and what happened to her family.

Episode 9 - The Iron Bird
Genki and his friends continue their journey to a huge, deep valley, where they wait to cross on an old airplane. But the pilot is really working for the bad guys!

Episode 10 - The Ruins' Secret
The group finds themselves in an area controlled by Pixie, where they set out to release some captive humans.

Episode 11 - Pixie's Defeat
It's up to Genki and Mocchi to free Holly and the others from a prison cave.

Episode 12 - Monol's Story
The group finally finds another mystery stone, so they return to the shrine to place it in the gate, and Monol is born.

Episode 13 - Moo Revealed
A floating castle appears in front of the friends -- it's Master Moo, and he manages to capture Holly.

Episode 14 - Holly's Rescue
The others head for the floating castle to try and rescue Holly from Master Moo.

15. A New Departure
Having escaped Moo's floating castle, the team consults the magic stone only to find it points across the ocean. Searching for a boat, they come to a deserted town where they are set upon by more of Moo's thugs, the Zuum Troops, led by Captain Zuum.

16. Great Battle At Sea
Under the sea, the Zillas have been mobilized to catch our team, who has dared to go against the mighty Master Moo.

17. Underground Adventure
Genki and the team discover a cave.

21. Mocchi's Cannon Explodes OR The Mocchi Cannon
Mocchi develops the "Mocchi Cannon" which defeats Gali.

22. Run Tiger, Run
Black worms attack the team and Holly is poisoned while saving Tiger. Tiger goes of to find the antidote to help Holly.

23. Don't Give Up Ducken!
While the team is trapped by the Mocks, Mocchi escapes and discovers a system of underground tunnels, where a lonely wild monster, Ducken lives.

24. Undine's Lake
In the night, the water spirit Undine lures Golem to the lake and by telling him how lonely she is, extracts a pledge of friendship and protection from him. In return she promises lots of fish for his friends in the morning.

25. Warriors Of The Ruins
When Genki and the team are about to be destroyed by Gray Wolf's Salamander Troops, they're saved by Centaur, Celious and Dragoon, warriors who chase the baddies away.

26. Melcarba
Melcarba, an ancient fighting robot, is reactivated. Melcarba drives off the Jaggernaut Troops, but then turns on the team.

27. Tiger's Battle With Destiny
Gray Wolf challenges Tiger to a one on one duel to settle things.

28. Colour Pandora, Guardian Of The Forest
As Genki and his friends walk through the forest, they fall into several traps. Genki and Hare chase the trap setter and discover it's not a bad one. It's Colour Pandora.

29. Farewell My Friend
Genki and friends cross the river with Jim.

30. Baby Bossy
Genki and the gang resurrect an orangutan-like monster named Bossy.

31. Amusement Park Ruins
Genki and the gang battle the bad guys at an ancient amusement park.

32. Holly's Smile Is A Million Golds
Niton, a vendor appears in front of Genki and the others and tells them that he has the mystery stone of the Phoenix. Genki and his group say that they want the mystery stone and a trade is made for it with Holly's dagger.

33. Battle In The Meadow
Naga of the Big Bad Four gives orders to the Tainted Cat brothers and they appear in front of Genki and the others. Their special method of attack puts Genki and the others in danger and they split up to escape.

34. The Town That Disappeared
Holly and Mochhi find a diary in a ghost town that explains that the town was brought to disaster by Barjarl's invasion.

35. Battle With The Big Bad Four
Genki and the others head for the castle of Naga, last of the Big Bad Four.

36. Eve's Night
Eve a girl in a village helps the team defeat Moo.

37. Holly's Happy Birthday
The gang plans a surprise party for Holly.

38. Evil General Durahan's Challenge
Moo, summons Evil General Durahan to destroy Genki and his friends. Durahan awakens End Bringer to attack Genki and his group.

39. Good-bye Baku
Goku and his friends meet a white furry monster named Baku. Baku ends up saving the team from a battle.

40. Secret Of The Pendant Stone
Colt explains the history behind Monster Farm and tells them Pendant is the name of an ancient civilization that created Moo.

41. Tiger's Last Day
Tiger and Jagd Hound trick Lilim.

42. The Warriors From Outter Space
Genki and the others find a huge spaceship wreckage in a cave. Captain Astro becomes a lost mystery stone.

43. The Sand Assassin, Renocraft
Mocchi and the others meet up with an assassin, Renocraft, that Durahan sends after them.

44. A Scramble For The Pendant Stone
Moo has gotten his hands on his original body, but the merge isn't complete. They find out that they need the strength of the pendant stone.

45. Durahan Dies At Daybreak
Lilim and Durahan disappear into a burning battleship.

46. Of War And Hate
Having the Pendant stone in his possession, Moo absorbs its energy and completes his transformation. He appears before Genki and the group in his completed form.

47. Tears
Genki and his friends fight Moo and don't let on to the Phoenix's location but Moo captures Genki and things look lost.

48. Blue Skies
Monol tells Genki how to awaken the Phoenix and explains that Suezo, Tiger, Hare, Golem and Mocchi are the five monsters that have the Phoenix's soul in them. When they bond, the Phoenix will awaken. But Genki's courage is necessary.
