INTRODUCTION It starts off with the prologue (can anyone say that?) by Tobias. He goes to a nearby settling camp of non-controlled Hork-bajir. The Hork-bajir tell him a story and that is when it starts. IN THE MIDDLE An embarresed Andalite named Princess Aldrea goes to a distant planet because of his father who let down the Andalites by trusting the Gedd-controllers. Her mother interested by the huge tall trees and flower specimans, her dad doing work and her brother (Barafin) playing simulated computer games, Aldrea communicates with one of the Hork-bajir named Dak Hamee. Dak is no ordinary Hork-bajir, though, he is what the tribe calls the seer. The intelligant one of the tribe. Aldrea teaches him how to speak better and in return they build an eternal friendship. CLIMAX But something is wrong. The Yeerks are invading the Hork-bajir homeworld and are taking over the unintelligant Hork-bajir. After Aldrea's mother, father and brother getting killed by a Yeerk ship, Aldrea and Dak Hamee are prepared to fight. But it's alot more complicated than that! I would spoilt it if I told you the end and what happens, because truly, it would be no fun reading it. All in all, the book is great. Also look out for Elsplin 9466, a Yeerk who is later Visser Three. KA Applegate quotes, "The Hork-bajir Chronicles is a book I've wanted to write for a long time. I wanted to show that most stories of conflict are more complicated than any one side would have you believe.
