First, I'd like to thank the fine people in Japan who made Final Fantasy VII.
The inept Americans deserve a small thank you because they translated it, but this is
cancelled by their failure to put in the revive Aeris sequence.
I'd like to give a HUGE round of applause to the millions out there who created Aeris and Sephiroth shrines and inspired me to create one of my own.
The composer of ALL the Final Fantasy VII music, Nobuo Uematsa, deserves many
thanks for creating 'One-Winged Angel', the most beautiful piece of music
I have ever heard, which rivals John Williams' Imperial March in its sound of evil and beauty. 'Birth of the God', 'J-E-N-O-V-A', 'Jenova Absolute', the Shin-Ra music,
and 'Those Chosen By The Planet', or Sephiroth's Theme are all stupendous. And the good
characters are not to be neglected! 'Aerith's Theme' brought tears to my eyes.
Seriously. In the tape I made, I got the part when she died. That was the saddest
part of the game for me, and I had to witness her death many times, as I had
not caught on to the Water Ring trick and Jenova-LIFE. 'Cid's Theme' is
wonderfully inspirational, and the Prelude and Final Fantasy Theme are amazing.
Red XIII's Theme is wonderful. 'The Nightmare Begins', or Vincent's Theme, is
superb. I cannot stop thanking this person for bringing such happiness into my life with One-Winged Angel. That music is divine, I tell you!
The artist who drew Aeris and Sephiroth is also wonderful. In fact, ALL the
people who worked on Aeris and Sephiroth are to be worshipped.
Steve Vogel is to be thanked for his help with the game itself. Many hints
came from that quarter. Although he's a Cloud fan, he's still in my good books.
And now, the people who're IN the game deserve thanking.
Sephiroth, thank you for your divine inspiration. Your unending coolness is Godly.
Aeris, thanks for bringing a thin shaft of starlight into my life.
Hojo, you deserve thanks for being Sephiroth's father.
Lucretia, you deserve thanks for being Sephiroth's mother.
Jenova, I thank you for making Sephiroth what he is.
Gast, I thank you for being Aeris' father.
Ifalnya, thanks for being Aeris' mother.
Savior Sephiroth, thanks for One-Winged Angel and being so divine. I actually
considered starting an online religeon centering around you.
Thank you, Elmyra Gainsborough, for taking care of Aeris.
I love you all! ^_^ |
