Proper medical care is only possible when up-to-date family medical history is known. Having to deal with a shocking late breaking diagnosis is unfair and puts lives in danger. Known situations can be monitored as needed and watched without a severe condition occuring. This can keep many healthier and happier. Is it against the law to keep our families health safe?
Adoptees Rights to Know their biological family history and up-to-date medical information is not available to them without having adoption files legally opened across the USA. They have a right to their family history and knowledge of UP- TO- DATE medical history information from the time of adoption and thereafter. If it were made available, it could and would save many lives. This knowledge is crucial to Adoptees, the children born to them and their grandchildren as well to the children born generations later in life. Adoptees need to know what to be aware of when it comes to hereditary illnesses their family history. It will save more lives than ever have been saved in the past years. AFTER adoption medical history information is a urgent necessity. We have to many NEW diseases that are blood gene blood related. Let adoptees be able to inform their biological parents and siblings of these NEW blood gene hereditary diseases they have exsperienced BEFORE the biological family members do. OPEN THE RECORDS so that the doctors can save more lives than one doctor can save in their entire lifetime! Stop unnecessary illnesses and diseases to the uninformed people, WHO NEED THIS THE MOST!
Do you know of any adoptees with children, and/or grandchildren? What about knowing any children of adoptees who have married an adoptee? Have these people considered their health history information? Do they even know of their biological families UP-TO-DATE medical history information?
If the adoptees child, who married an adoptee, does not know that the adoptees child married to an adoptee, his/her husband/wife who is adopted, their UP-TO-DATE biological information, then what kind of pertection does the adoptees newborn child have? The childs grandparent will have great concern as will the newborn adoptee parents will have as well. Is it right to let this newborn live with unknown information? There is not any information on either side of the family. Now who's life is at stake? If the sealed records is not a set-up for a dangerous sitition, then what is? At this site it mentions constitutional rights and several poems leading to getting a message across to save more lives of Adoptees and their family for generations to come in the USA. It is of great importance to many in the USA today.
Embarrassment and shame do not count for birth families of Adoptees to hide from highly important family history information about Adoptees. The Adoptees are treated as second class citizens all around. Medical treatment and diagnosis can not be provided at the same level that the average american receives.
How would you like to go to the doctors and answer their question, "What is your family medical history up to date?"... Then have to say, "I have no idea. I'm adopted." The doctors look down in shame and worry about getting in trouble for not finding an illness fast enough because of the lack of up-to-date or unknown information. Why should a doctor get sued for poor medical care when they had no idea to begin with? This happens often, and they cannot run every test on patients, due to the high costs and insurance limitations, the excessive time it takes, and the added workload being the adoptee is not their only patient they have to tend to.
The law of sealed adoption records needs to be changed across the USA. It's time for these people to have their constitutional rights delivered to them TODAY!
The Information Acts Rights should allow adoption files to be open public records to all. Sealed adoption records is no way to show equal rights to residents, short or tall. Maybe it's time to hold individual states responsible for withholding critical information, and for the pain and suffering and the resulting deaths it causes. Especially when it does
not consider and allow Adoptees to retrieve up-to-date hereditary information.
In the Declaration of Independence it says:
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for people dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal situation to which the laws of Natures Got entitled them, a decent respect to the opinions of man kind which requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
NOW, If all men are created equal, why is there a drastic difference with Adoptees not being allowed to have access to their original birth certificates and family history like all other man kind? That statement in the constitution is totally unconstitutional to all Adoptees.
Also in the declaration of independence it says:
We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit to happiness.
How can Adoptees be totally happy within themselves and their loving families when they do not even know the unknown about themselves? They have a right to know. How can they stand to live with themselves in the USA with so many unknown factors, and they are not even given access to records on their life history? This too is unconstitutional.
Our Declaration of Independence states EVERYONE IS ALLOWED HAPPINESS! How can that be constitutional if Adoptees are not happy? Wanting to know information about themselves is not a criminal offense! Why are they being punished? Not knowing their family medical history is a death sentence for many adoptees. It's unconstitutional to withhold vital information from Adoptees, their families and birth siblings included.
It's time to change the law in the USA!!!!!!! It's time it's done TODAY!!!!!!!
Help lower the cost of medical care and medical care insurance the doctors pay today. It's not a doctors fault for the unknown information leading to a death of an adoptee and there families, since it's the unconstitutional laws of Adoptees rights in the USA.

Why they were put up for adoption does not matter.
Having open adoption records available is the way up the ladder.
Birth Siblings and Adoptees should not be denied open files.
Denial of constitutional rights can not be denied from them for miles.
Adoptees and Birth Siblings have been denied rights nation wide.
This is probably who so many adoptees have died!

Companions Worry
A child of an adoptee has found himself a companion. Both of them have been considering to make a lifetime decision.
They have a concern of their future family medical history confliction.
The mother of the child is an adoptee.
Her child's companion is an adoptee.
Neither of these two know anything about their biological parents medical history.
The companions feel this is manditory.
Why should they have to worry?
There is only one solution to the story.
Open Adoption Records so people can live comfortably by knowing their up-2-date information about their biological blood history.
