Hey Jim, I have to admit that I was very nervous ordering information this way . . . over the internet. (Perhaps you have heard that before). I was just hoping to receive... well... ANYTHING :-)! To make a long story short, I am very pleased with what I read. This all seems to be making more sense to me ... especially the information regarding hormones! It's funny, but before I even read your information, I was feeling that my problems could be controlled by diet. (I'm with Dr. Weil... western medicine's approach is to always throw a pill out there, if the first one doesn't work we'll get you a stronger one.... why don't doctors sit down with you and go over some of this information?!) Although I've read a lot on eating better for my skin, I have taken your information the furthest. Why? Because I KNOW that you have experienced acne and cleared it yourself.
