| Ever since the Federation was founded in 2161 there goal was to bring peace to the galaxy. There attacking ships are supier to anything any other race has. Dispit this they pefer peace above all. Declare war on another race and your colonies will declare independce one by one. The Federation's main goal is to explore. As long as you do your colonies will be happy. As an added bonis of exploration you may be the first of the races to encoter a minor race and merge them into your own. The Federation has the edge on any minor race inconter. Most minor races respect the Federation and is willing to make friendships on the first turn. In vendetta games you will face the Romulans and Cardassians. |
