Anybody intrested in joining 119 has only 3 rules they need to go over
1.) If you come to join becuase you want to get back at someone and think we'll help you tough if anyone fights they do it alone 119s got to stand strong inless it happends to be more then 1 vs 1 ;P
2.) By any standereds are you to skrew with anybody useing our name as a comeback Ex: i can kick your ass yeah right i got the "119" dought anyone wil but theres always that off chance......
3.) Try your best at tagging your "Spot" dont give up inless needed to Ex: cops take the fuck off
