To get the cheat, it means pure running. From the start,
pick off the first guy to get his gun, run right into the tunnel, ignoring everyone and everything. Run out of the tunnel, straight to the gates. Open the first one, go in, open the second, when it opens go straight to the left wall and pick off the guy running towards the wall. Once his dead
go to the wall and blow up the alarm.Shoot the two men that come out of the building then go to the gate with the lock.
Blast the lock, open the gate, and run, run, run to the Watch tower. Open the door and blast away the alarm. Go to the next Watch tower, do the same and then do the same on the third Watch tower (the alarm will be further away from the door in the third Watch tower). Then simply run back to Watch tower 2,go to the platform oppisite (men will be around here,ignore them) and jump off.It's actully quite easy with a bit of practice.

GUIDE:

Around the first corner, you'll see a soldier on your left.
Aim at his head and shoot him in the head. Grab his waepon,
the KF7 Soviet. Now directly in front of you, is a guard tower with a few men in and around it. Tag them all.

Head to the tower but go around the left side (not the right side) or you will notify soldiers in the tunnel on the right. At the top is the Sniper Rifle. Look through it (aim)
and adust the zoom lens with the top C button (C-Up). In the tunnel are two guards. Pick them off.

Head into the tunnel. After taking the tunel just past the bend you'll want to move to the right to protect yourself.
In the distance you'll see about two close soldiers. Peg them and then zoom in to nail the two guys in the bunker.
You'll notice a tower on your right (sometimes there's a guard in it) and a large stack of crates on your left (behind it hides a guard). In the easy level there is body armor in the tower. Grab it. To collect more ammunition, blow up the wooden crates near the bunker. Shoot only the wooden boxes. watch for barrels with skulls and cross bones,
which will blow up and hurt you.

The green truck is waiting at the far end. To it's right is a red switch, so you need to press B to open the gate. After is another switch, do the same. A tower is on your right with at least two guards near it. Be sure to hit them, but to be sure quickly zoom in on the soldiers in the far distance, the ones nearest to the alarm.
*NOTE* To not have the alarm triggered,get out your KF7 and run along the left wall. When you see the man running towards the alarm (where he's heading to) kill him.Ignore the other guard until the other guard is dead.

Now dispose of the alarm on the barrak wall (it looks like a button) and then back up the the red garage door and then enter. Look out for hiding guards (there should be three at the most). Exit the compound and move onto the next bunker.

A set of crates appear just behind the bunker. Blow up the one closest to it, and you'll see a monitor. Attach your convert modem to it (aim just to the right of the middle of the screen). Head the the gate (the one with the lock) and shoot the lock off the gate, and phush B to open the gates.

In the distace, you'll see three guard towers. Zoom in and pick off these tower guards with the lovly Sniper Rifle.
There's one guard in each tower.I think it's best to eliminate each guard at tower, then destroy each alarm, systematically. There is one alarm located in each tower, so just walk through the door and you'll see each one on the wall.Be sure to destroy them.

You can access this downstairs region by going down a ladder
near each guard tower door. But the best way is to go to the farthest tower (farthest from the starting point). Enter the
tower, walk down the stairs, open the gate and head left. The upcoming corridor is loaded with guards, so use the leaning technique and your Sniper Rifle.When you've reached the end of the tunnel, open the door and prepare for serious battle, i.e. take a few steps back. Use the KF7 Soviet for massive attack, making sure not to blow up the mainframes at the back-left corner. Approach the mainframe and press B to intercept data backup, and your almost done.

Go back the way you came, and head towards the second guard tower, where, across from it, there is a set of stairs.
Walk up and jump off the dam. Mission Complete.
