HOW DO I GET THE POKEMON VIRUS AND HOW DO I GET RID OF IT? The Pokemon virus is called PokeRUS. Getting the PokeRUS is really rare. It's much harder than getting shiny Pokemon. You get after a battle. This virus is good, but bad. It will increase the experiences your Pokemon gain after a battle. After a few battles, the virus will wear off.
